”Our room was small but clean. Staff was very accommodating. We like it that we were placed on the first floor. Ice machine & microwave are located outside the room. It would be hard if we were placed on the second floor. Our room’s vanity sink is not found in the bathroom but beside the bed. Overall, it was a a great stay . This hotel was just a walking distance to the tour rides , shopping stores & restaurants.”

”Location was beautiful on Lake Superior and being able to sit on porch and see sunset over the lake was breathtaking. Front desk sraff very friendly. However, room was a bit outdated and did not get room cleaned with fresh towels for a 2 night stay.”

”Very clean and comfortable. Key cards randomly stopped working one afternoon which was unexpected and unexplained, but it was taken care of quickly.”

”Clean room though dark as ground floor room & the curtains needed to be kept shut. No lock on the windows, just a piece of wood to prevent being opened. The room & bathroom was clean with sufficient towels provided for our stay. Generous breakfast with hot options in an airy, bright room. Staff encountered were welcoming and pleasant. Overall we enjoyed our stay.”
