”This was our second stay at the Madison. We loved this property and may return at some future date. Our experience with staff members were short of the standard set during our first visit. Check in was lengthy. The desk attendant was off eating dinner. The valet parking attendant filling in (unable or trained to help) called him back to the front desk. He hurriedly checked us in and issued 2 key cards; neither worked upon reaching our room. So we returned to the front desk. He was once again...

”The place is in dire need of a makeover.
In the bathroom...
No exhaust fan...
Hinges and towel racks are rusted...
Wall paper is peeling off the walls...
Tub/shower faucet is connected wrong. Hot is cold and Cold is hot...
Door has noticeable cracks.
The front half of the room had no lights.
Until this place get renovated, I will not stay there again.”

”We have stayed there time we visit our son in Conn. We have always liked staying there. It is convenient located by rt. 15 which we use quiet frequently. There are seveal gas stations and eating place by the hotel. It has always been clean and good service. Being a holiday weekend it was priced higher them usual, I guess that is the signs of the times.”

”Stayed for two nights. At arrival I contacted the landlord as informed on the welcoming mail regarding a locked safe - still haven’t heard from them.
Very cold bathroom floor, incredibly noisy AC and fridge. Not even a glass in either the room nor bathroom. Top it up properly a room on the second floor with very small steps and an almost 45 degree angel.
Will not recommend to anyone and will never return…”
