From the very start w had issues w
checking in. They had an update in their computer system and had issues w taking payment. My bank said there was nothing showing from Holiday Inn Express requesting the transaction. Bank advised to get $ from ATM, but that idea was quickly shot down because they are unable to take cash. Boyfriend used his card so we could get in the room to get ready. His daughter was getting married the next day. We ended up being charged more by the hotel than what was agreed to thru Hotels.com. So my advice to others is if you go thru Hotels.com, pay in advance so this doesnt happen to you as well!!
The room was nice. Bed was comfortable and loved the pillows.

Staff was super friendly
Also was advised to park on the backside of Hotel. When we went to leave, we noticed that the back passenger door had a large scratch that was deep.
