The adjacent sleeping area features a plush double bed dressed in premium hotel-quality linens, ensuring restful nights. Ample storage space is also provided for your belongings, adding to the room’s functionality.

The fully equipped kitchenette comes with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery.

The apartment also has a dishwasher, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal, a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bathroom is equipped with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the vibrant Guindalera neighbourhood, within the prestigious Salamanca district of Madrid, this property offers a perfect balance of tranquillity and urban convenience. Just a short walk away is Avenida de América, one of the city's main transport hubs, providing easy access to multiple metro lines and bus routes—ideal for exploring all corners of Madrid.

The area is well-served by local amenities, including popular dining spots such as Bar Avenida, known for its authentic Spanish dishes, and the renowned Los Montes de Galicia and La Castela, both offering exquisite Mediterranean cuisine.

For those looking to enjoy nature and open space, the iconic Retiro Park is just a short distance away, offering peaceful green surroundings and beautiful walking paths. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
