We are pleased to present Las Casas de San Félix by Charming 8, a renovated loft-style studio located in one of Madrid’s most up-and-coming neighborhoods, just a short walk from the famous Madrid Río Park. Our accommodation is perfect for travelers who wish to discover Madrid from a more local perspective while remaining close to the city center.

Las Casas de San Félix 8 features underfloor cooling and air conditioning, ensuring the perfect temperature all year round. The studio also has access to a shared terrace areawith another studio, accessible via a spiral staircase.

The studio offers an open-plan living room and kitchen areaequipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, and a full selection of kitchen utensils and tableware. In addition, the loft includes a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster.

Las Casas de San Félix 8 also features a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city.

The studio includes a comfortable double bed and a bathroom with a modern shower. We provide towels, a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap so you can travel light. An iron and ironing board are also available.

You can take a taxi with a fixed fare of €33, or use the metro:

Take Line 8from the airport, change at Nuevos Ministerios Stationto Line 6, and travel to Legazpi. From there, it is a 3-minute walk to the accommodation.

From Atocha Station

Take Bus 19and get off at Legazpi. Then walk a few minutes to the accommodation.

From Chamartín Station

Take the Cercanías commuter trainto Sol Station, then transfer to Metro Line 3to Legazpi, followed by a 3-minute walk.
