Located on the basement level; access requires going down stairs. It features natural light and ventilation via two skylights—one in the living room and one in the bedroom.

Both skylights can be opened and have electric blinds. An air exchange system is installed to ensure a comfortable environment and excellent air quality. * Reservations for up to 8 people (adults and children combined) are accepted. Guests should assess whether the apartment's conditions and description meet their needs before confirming their reservation.

The bathroom is stocked with towels, hand soap, shower gel, toilet paper, and a hairdryer.
