Viihtyisä hotelli hyvällä paikalle
Olin varannut hotellin sen takia , että siinä olisi kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylppäriä. Varmistin tämä vielä sähköpostitse erikseen hotels.comin kautta, että varaamani huoneisto sisälsi tämän. maksoin myös sentakia hotellista enemmän kuin jos olisin tarvinnut vain yhden kylppärin. Pettymys oli suuri kun huoneistossamme ei ollutkaan varaamaani kahta kylppäriä. Henkilökunta oli pahoillaan ja ystävällisiä, mutta samalle päivälle ei varaamaani huonetta löytynyt. Seuraavana päivänä saimme uuden huoneen, jossa tosin oli vain yksi kylpyhuone, mutta kylläkin kaksi vessaa. Muuten hotelli oli toimiva, huoneisto hieno, sijinti erinomainen

Kiva huoneistohotelli keskeisellä paikalla.
Kiva huoneistohotelli keskeisellä paikalla. Kaikki lähellä: ostoskadut, ravintolat, metro, museot, nähtävyydet, ravintolat. Huone siisti ja tilava, hyvä ja nopea ilmainen wifi, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Ainoa pieni miinus voi olla kadulta kuuluvat äänet, mutta meitä se ei haitannut. Aamiasta ei ole saatavilla, mutta pieni ilmainen kahvi/muffinssi/muro pöytä löytyy. Perheelle todella hyvä, kun on pieni keittiö, iso jääkaappi, pesukone, mikroaaltouuni, hella, astiat jne. Ei luksusta, mutta siistiä ja viihtyisää.

Great six days in Madrid! We were family of four persons in winter holiday in Madrid. Speldom Suites location was excellent in city center and everything was working fine in Hotel. Our "apartment" was worth of money. I can recommend to all who want to have possibilities to make own food and live more like at own own flat equipped with the room service. That is excellent to especially to families with children. The room service was cleaning the places twice a day, but for us once a day was totally fine. In Hotel it self doesn't have lobby bar or restaurant but neighborhood you can easily find all kind of restaurants. I recommend.

Para estancias cortas es muy buena opción debido a su ubicación, el ruido de la calle o de los cuartos cercanos puede ser molesto durante la noche, si lo que buscas es descanso está no es la zona, se quieres estar cerca del centro y movimiento nocturno de Madrid es buena opción.

I stayed at the hotel a few times in the past but this time was surprised to find that there was no soap in the room and although it’s advertised as room with kitchenette.. there was no coffee machine or tea kettle.. I had to ask the front desk for a tea kettle.. they gave me one.. but no soap or coffee machine..

Los departamentos son excelentes , cama cómoda pero se escucha todo entre habitaciones , para hacer Check in no había nadie y la puerta estaba cerrada tuvimos que esperar afuera como 15 min , excelente ubicación .

Good rental
A very good, well-located flat for a family stay for a few days. A few things (not uncommon in rentals) would have helped: coathooks in the hall/common area, a microwave in the kitchenette (surprised there wasn't one), and (luxury touch?) a small pod coffee machine (common in hotels these days). Friendly, helpful reception staff and good bagge storage. Recommend this place.

The location of the apartment is very strategic. Just few minutes away from Gran Via metro and Madrid shopping areas. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The location is behind the major street so it is not noisy. Apartment is very clean and spacious. We were there after Christmas until New Year and highly recommend the place for family. We are 2 adults with 2 kids.

Property was in a great location walkable to many areas of Madrid. Unit was just how it was portrayed in the pictures. The only negative was the sofa bed in the living area, it was very old and the mattress was falling through. Not recommended at all for anyone to sleep on sofa bed. So plan to just use the 2 bedrooms unless they change the sofa bed. Other than that, all was great.

The apartment doesn't have the regular front desk like other hotel, instead, it has just a small table in the empty lobby with one person for check-in/out. The apartment is clean, but doesn't have a kettle for boiling water. I used a pot found in one of the drawer in the kitchen for boiling hot water. The two twin size beds have only bed sheet, don't have Quilt, I asked staff to put quilt for the twin beds and was told that twin bed is not suppose to have a quilt, only double bed has. So we had to use the brown blanket found in the closet to keep us warm at night.

Good morning, We had to move from the other reception because in winter the temperature gets too low. We look after ourselves.There are so many kitchen tools to make a big meal.For the big double bed we use a quilt with duvet, there is no need for blanket. In fact, you can use the heating to warm up the room.FELIZ AÑO!!

Great location for a first time visitor to Madrid. Walkable to all shopping & much sightseeing. The property was nice & secure, but had minor maintenance issues.. La Austriaca coffee shop on San Onofre (next to the property) was really great!

Falta limpieza
Bien pero algunos inconvenientes como que la ducha no enguyia el agua, salía agua por fuera, y era la falta de limpieza tuvimos que sacar nosotros Mismos los pelos atascados, fue muy desagradable. No había antena de la TV. Creo que antes de entrar unos clientes, hay que hacer una buena revisión. Gracias

Buenas Patricia, La habitación asignada estaba equipada para 4 personas como os comenté. Hicimos el cambio nada más llegasteis para que no tuvierais que esperar a la hora del check in. Por eso faltaban utensilios. En cualquier caso, gracias por la valoración.

Only poor aspect of this property was the lack of adequate cooking supplies to actually make proper meals other than breakfast. There were very few pots and pans, no toaster, no kettle even. And only services are for 4. Just not enough for this family. And only had one trash bag and 2 rolls of TP…for a whole weeks stay. We looked forward to making a few dinners for our kid with severe allergies and that just didn’t work out.

Good morning, The cleaning service is only responsible for changing trash, providing new towels daily (only if requested), providing amenities or toilet paper. As for the garbage bags, we cannot leave more than one for reasons beyond our control. In any case, everything mentioned above could have been resolved from the 24-hour reception.Thank you very much for the review.
