”Our stay did not start well: bedsheet was shorter than the bed, wind blowing onto face when sleeping, lamp out-of-order. We left comment with Hotel.com’s check-in survey online before we went for breakfast. Oat found us, inquired our problems & fixed everything before we returned to the Hotel in the evening. That improved overall ranking fr 2 to 5.”

My partner emailed ahead with details of our trip and we were so fortunate enough to get an upgrade. My one complaint is the triple priced drinks vs. outside the hotel + service.
