Welcome to Mountain Magic! This cozy cottage is the perfect location for your Great Smoky Mountain escape. Tucked on a creek with stunning views, this newly renovated and charming cottage will take your breath away.

Set on 8 acres and surrounded by forest, you can relax on the covered porch and watch wildlife, or roast marshmallows at the creekside fire pit.

Designed with the comfort of our guests and their pets in mind, Mountain Magic has everything you need for a fantastic mountain retreat.

Mountain Magic offers high speed WiFi, king size beds, a fire pit, and a fully stocked kitchen so you will have everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Set on just over 8 acres, Mountain Magic is one of two sister cottages on this stunning property. The views are breathtaking and the sound of the bold creek that runs through the property will lull you to sleep at night.

Located on the western edge of beautiful Maggie Valley, this spot is perfect for those wanting to experience all the area has to offer. Just minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, Cataloochee Ski Resort and Soco Falls, and an easy drive to Cherokee, Harrah’s Casino, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

When you first arrive at Mountain Magic Cottage, you’ll find parking for 2-3 vehicles. Travel up a small flight of stone stairs to the covered front porch. Relax in a rocking chair and soak in the breathtaking, year round views, enjoy a cup of coffee, or barbecue on the new gas grill.

As you walk in the front door, you’ll be delighted to find a wide open floor plan, wood-burning stone fireplace, and original tongue and groove walls and hardwood floors. Fully renovated with new furniture throughout, you will settle right into this cozy cottage with both its modern comforts and original charm.

The living room has a brand new queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress and Roku tv so our guests can stream their favorite shows. The living room opens into a fully stocked kitchen and dining area with large picture windows to enjoy the beautiful forest views.

When you travel down the hallway you will find a spacious suite with a king size bed, Roku tv, and attached full bath with a tub and shower, all recently remodeled. There is also a brand new washer dryer in the closet of this room.

The second bedroom is equally spacious with another comfortable king size bed, Roku tv and an adjacent full hall bath with a tub and shower.

Outside, our guests are welcomed to a creekside fire pit, large back yard, a fenced in dog area, and plenty of forest to explore if you desire.

There is a private road to access the cottage. It is paved and maintained year round. The last part on the way to Mountain Magic cottage is straight but steep. There is plenty of room to turn around in the driveway so guests don’t have to back down the hill. During the winter months guests should have all wheel/four wheel drive in case of snow or ice.

We are available to our guests by phone, text, or message any time. Our property manager lives nearby and can help if needed as well.

Mountain Magic Cottage sits on over 8 acres at the western edge of Maggie Valley. There is a private, paved, road to access the house. There is one sister cottage on the property, and the rest of the area around the cottage is protected forest land.

You will need a car to best enjoy the property and all the area has to offer.

Guest must climb a small flight of stairs to access the cottage.

The driveway up to the cottage is paved and steep. Four wheel drive is not necessary to access the cottage, but it is highly recommended in the winter months in case of ice and snow.

This property has two sister cottages on over 8 acres that can accommodate up to 14 guests total. Please message if you are interested in renting both cottages for family reunions, or other gatherings.

This property cannot accommodate recreational vehicles or large trailers and not recommended for motorcycles.
We kindly request that pets are kept off the furniture and bedding and that you clean up after them in the yard. Thank you!

Also no fire accelerants, such as lighter fluid, cardboard, etc are permitted anywhere on the property. Please do not leave fires unattended and make sure they are completely out after use. Thank you!
