âWe didn't get a chance to see the room because when we got there the hotel was overbooked. They didn't have a room for us or at least 10 others. We spent close to 3 hours sitting by the front desk waiting for them to find a room for us at another hotel. When they finally did, he said it had a long bed with a sofa sleeper and they could bring in a cot. But when we got to the other hotel, there was just a long bed with a tiny sofa/chair thing that wasn't meant for sleeping on. And that hotel...

âShuttle was great
Front staff great
But I asked 3 xs for my bed to be changed an room to get housekeeping an not once did anyone come do it
Considering I was gone 12 hours each day
The bedding was horrible an this is why I asked it to be changed
I was supposed to receive a call back and I am gone now an still have not heard from themâ

âThe front desk attendant was wonderful. So helpful, polite, and nice. However, the pool and hot tub were disgusting. There was half-eaten food and trash just hanging out all over the perimeter of the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were the main reason I booked this property, and didn't get to use it due to its condition.â
