âWe arrived at our destination at check in time 3pmThe owners were still at the house it was disgusting. Tried to tell me we didnât check in but had all the details on my phone, said her internet was playing up. Found the whole process a little disturbing. Where is the backup from stayz where we booked through. This property should be taken off the rental market as I feel we are a cash train and no way to get our money back. The pictures do not reflect this property. â
