”The hallways smelled like animal urine, this was a dog friendly hotel. The noise from the room above was unacceptable, sounded like someone was bowling. The soap dispensers in the bathroom over the sink were not accessible to the handicapped person in the mobility scooter. There was only a single tiny waste basket for the entire suite. One of the bedsides lamps was totally inoperative, and could not charge phone either. Staff was very nice though!”

”Will stay again”

”Vähän aikaa nähnyt, mutta hyvät sängyt.”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home-like environment made us feel comfortable and welcome, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The kitchen was clean, and breakfast was warm, fresh, and delicious. We also appreciated having access to the gym during our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly stay again!”

”That because I was very satisfied by the service and the place. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to go there for their own personal experience.”

”I was charged $500 for “smoking” in my room when I don’t smoke. When I disputed the charge with the manager, he would not remove the charge and would not provide any documentation to support the charge. I would NEVER stay at this location again.”

”Clean room”

”Thank you so much for pleasant stay in your hotel.”

”Huone oli siisti, mutta koska koko kaupunki oli kylmä, myös huone oli kylmä. Mutta respasta saatiin kannettava patteri huoneeseen ja myös lisäpeittoja tarjottiin. ”

”Loved being close to the pier”

”It was nice basic hotel, near time square”
