”We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

”This was a reunion with old friends and we all had a fabulous time. The house is situated on a beautiful lake with stunning views of both the water and surrounding mountains. Our favorite features included the deck and the hot tub which is where we spent a good amount of our time! The host was wonderful as well as we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended all...

”This was what the "doctor ordered." I just lost my husband a week ago, and I needed to visit NJ suddenly. Charles understood right away that I need my space and was attentive but left me alone. Quiet, clean, truly cozy, and cute. There was everything one could want, and all in a clean and organized manner. From towels to hair dryer to a wonderful bottle of wine, water, and many little touches you don't usually get in a rental. Charles was also very accommodating and even offered to let my dog...

”We’ve stayed here several times and have always enjoyed it, so we were disappointed to see the property wasn’t in the same condition as it's been during previous visits. There were several maintenance and cleanliness issues, including difficult-to-operate sliding doors, loose hardware, a dirty deck, and a hot tub with an odor and visible debris that was disappointing.Overall, we enjoyed our time but hope these issues are addressed, as this has been one of our favorite places to stay in the past.”

”The rooms were clean, check in and out were excellent. The only thing I would change in the listing is it can be a bit misconstruing on the hot/tub and pool, as that is not actually on the property. Washcloths and hand towels are not included. But overall it was a great place, close to our venue, clean, and spacious for the crew we had. Charlie was easy to get in touch with and answered all our questions in a timely manner. The place met all of our needs.”

”What a wonderful, charming house! It was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with a big group. We honestly wished we could stay for the whole summer. The pool was delightful, the tennis court provided plenty of fun for our group, and the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing some fantastic meals together. The only minor issue was that the hot tub didn't seem as clean as it could have been. Fortunately, the weather was so warm that we didn't end up using it anyway, so it didn't impact our...
