"Huone ja kaikki rakennukset olivat todella hienoja ja puusta veistetty. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Aamupala oli mahtava ja hotellin ravintolan ruoka hyvää. Altaat olivat huikeita ja vaikka resort on valtava, ruuhkaa ei ollut missään. Lyhyt matka lähiravintoloihin ja hierontaan. Myös hotellin spa ok, vähän hinnakas tosin. Tänne palaamme vielä!"

"I have made several trips to the Patong area, and I can say that this hotel was by far the best overall experience I’ve had. The location is excellent—within walking distance of everything, yet tucked away on a small side street so that no noise from the surroundings reached the room. The room temperature control worked perfectly, actually the best of all the hotels I stayed at during this holiday. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were evident from the very first moment we arrived and continued throughout our stay. I could especially mention Ali and several others, though unfortunately I don’t remember all their names. Breakfast was wonderfully varied and a great way to start the day 👍. We were even served special blends of coffee and cocoa at the table. The rooftop pool area was fantastic, with no sunbeds reserved in advance. Swimming was possible until 10 p.m., and the pool bar also worked very well. Room cleaning was excellent and done exactly as requested. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and without a doubt, on my next trip here this will be my number one choice!"

"we had a villa with a small pool. The room/villa was great. we didn't have the best weather, so it was raining a bit and for the kids that was annoying. The kids club is great for small kids, but not for older ones. The food was really good. Overall we enjoyed the place a lot."
