”This place was a let down. The rooms and beds aren't as described or advertised. Was given the wrong room, and had to really advocate to get the correct one. Front staff was as helpful as they could be in a bad situation. Key cards wouldnt work and had to go to the office multiple times to get them working. TV was broken in the first room. TV in second room turned on but didnt change channels with the 2 remotes we were given. I'm all for staying at a place that isn't perfect but this place...

When I checked in I was wearing a dispensary shirt, I may have been discriminated against because they assumed something because of my shirt. I called before checkout to request a luggage trolley, the desk clerk claimed she was the only employee and there was no one to bring me one, I had to hand carry my luggage down. Never again here.
