”Booked a family room-- and ended up to a room that was far below the expectation (it was very dark, the carpet was not clean). However, after 1 night of being less-than-happy, complained about it and we were moved to a much better room that looked like the pics on the hotel site. At the end of the visit, the hotel even gave a small reimbursement-- so have to say that they made lemonade out of lemons. So thank you for the great service!”

”The staff here was absolutely fantastic, especially Lailah! We also met one of the cleaners, who was lovely, as well as a friendly man who came to look at our phone that wasn't working (I also pointed out the cracked shower tiles to him). I've given 5 stars for cleanliness, because this was honestly one of the cleanest apartments we've ever stayed in! My only little gripe was that the ice-cube tray had the remnants of something orange in it. I would strongly recommend this hotel overall! N.B. If...
