The Television in the master bedroom did not work, the tub in the second bathroom was dirty and pillow case on one of the beds was dirty. Used soaps were stacked on the window sill of one of the bathrooms I took pictures. We had to put a lightbulb on the front , because the entire block was dark due to no working streetlights.
