Hotelli on hieno, mutta
Miinusta hotelli saa uloskirjautumisen kankeudesta. Uloskirjautuessa antoivat laskun erikseen veloitettavista palveluista, mutta laskuun sisältyi myös majoitus, jonka olimme jo maksaneet. Laskun loppusumma oli ilmoitettu kolmessa eri valuutassa, mikä koetteli tarkkaavaisuutta. Maksupäätteet eivät toimineet, joten jouduin hakemaan käteistä hotellin henkilökunnan kuljettamalla autolla. Paluumatkaa varten kannattaa tilata taksi ajoissa. Meillä taksin saapumiseen meni 40 min. Taksin voi tilata respasta. Lentokentällä sisäänkäynnillä vaativat passia ja lippua nähtäväksi. Selitimme, että lipun saamme vasta serice deskistä sisältä, mutta virkailija ei suostunut päästämään sisään. Vasta noin 5 min odottelun ja hämmennyksen jälkeen toinen virkailija tuli ilmoittamaan, että voimme jatkaa eteenpäin. Eli kannattaa toimia ajoissa ja varata aikaa. Kiirettä on helppo käyttää hyväksi.

The rooms, restaurant, beach and Bars were always clean and the employees were very courteous. We are really enjoyed snorkeling. We went to the beach every day and enjoyed the sun. The reception was very disinterested in us, there was no open welcome like from other employees of the house. No one at the reception was interested in complaints about the noise from the pool. During the stay I contacted Expedia about the problem with the noise. If I'm sitting at lunch and there's flexing 10 meters away, I find that very questionable. I would go there again but nobody interested.

Didn’t like: Lots of staff everywhere speaking on their phones or being quite loud. Very cramped beach. Cut the beautifully green grass too short so it turned all brown… Liked: Very clean. Beautiful garden. The temperature of the heated pool. The beach walk promenade of makadi bay was also nice.

War wie schon die Male zuvor alles bestens. Kann man immer buchen. Manches könnte langsam renoviert werden, aber geht noch. Der Arzt im Hotel sollte man meiden, die Preise sind exorbitant.

I have only good things to say about this property. I am a frequent traveler and have visited many many countries over the years. Jaz complex is five stars all over. Service is amazing, the food is top quality and varied there is plenty of choices for everyone. The staff goes beyond their duties to make sure your stay surpassed expectations. The hotel is beautiful perfect for kids. And the value for money is one of the best I’ve seen

Ich war weltweit schon in vielen Hotels, aber ich habe noch nie einen so hervorragenden Service erlebt, wie im Jaz Makadina. Mir und meinen Kindern wurde jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Der Service war immer sehr zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich, aber nie aufdringlich. Die Sauberkeit in der Anlage ist bemerkenswert, es wird durchgehend alles gereinigt inkl. der Wege, Liegen etc.. Das Essen ist vielfältig und köstlich, es gibt dazu jeden Tag etwas vom Grill. Sonderwünsche werden umgehend erfüllt. Die Animateure sind professionell, witzig und charmant. Man kann mitmachen, muss aber nicht und nie ist die Animation so laut, dass es störend erscheinen kann. Vielen Dank an alle, die uns unseren Aufenthalt so wunderschön gestaltet haben. Insbesondere Dank an Mohamed aus dem Restaurant, die drei Köche in den Showküchen und am Barbecue, unseren Zimmerservice #305, Abdel von der Rezeption und natürlich an Omran und Bobby von der Animation!! Wir sind begeistert, haben 12 Tage einen Traum aus 1001 Nacht erleben dürfen und kommen bestimmt wieder!!

Die Unterkunft ist total in die Jahre gekommen. Pingpong Tisch ist kaputt Fußballtisch ist kaputt. WLAN funktioniert sehr schlecht.Getränke werden in Plastik Becher am Pool serviert. Lage ist Top, Minibar ist bei einen all inclusive Hotel Aufpreis! Personal zum Teil sehr schmutzig angezogen. Das Hotel ist mit dieser Dienstleistung keine 5 Sterne wert.

A beautiful property located on the beach in a gated safe community. Great staff who were fun to be around with excellent service! Food diversity and quality needs improving and the hotel needs a concierge who can recommend outside activities and tours in the area outside the hotel. Shuttle service to Hurghada city was not running at the time of our stay and the nightclub was under renovations which was disappointing but overall I was very pleased with this hotel. Great value here!

Die Anlage ist wunderschön und nicht so gross wie bei den Nachbarhotels. Die Animation ist nicht zu aufdringlich aber dennoch immer präsent, also super, wenn man teilnehmen möchte. Zum Glück hatten wir in der Anlage nicht so einen Riesenlärm und Partys ohne Ende wie im Hotel nebenan! Alles viel ruhiger, relaxter und entspannter. Die Tauchschule in der Anlage ist empfehlenswert und auch schnorcheln ist direkt vom Strand aus möglich und wunderschön! Wer Action braucht, kann kyten gehen, Quadfahren, versch. Wassersportarten, alles in nächster Nähe möglich. Das Personal ist sehr nett und erfüllt jeden Wunsch. Das Essen ist superlecker und es hat für alle etwas dabei. Wir kommen wieder!

Great resort, incredibly family friendly was a breeze with a 11 month old. Plenty of choice and variety for breakfast lunch and dinner with snack and drinks in between. Pool was great and heated to a good temperature. Plenty of activities and entertainment. Great beach location with facilities.

Clean, convenient, accessible, friendly, fun place to be. The one issue that may need some work is the quality of the bufet for all inclusive. Overall, the hotel is excellent and I would certainly go back again.

Front desk staff were not too friendly. Check in took a while. Cleaning was excellent. Food was good but not great. Oriental restaurant was amazing. Beach and cabanas were great. Coral is right on the beach. Diving/Scuba yate leaves from the hotel's pier. Water park was great for both kids and adults and is about 8 minutes away on the shuttle. Both shuttle and park are free for guests. Hotel is about 30 minutes away form the airport. We had a good time and recommend this place.

Super Perfektes Hotel. Dieses Hotel wird seinen Bewertungen gerecht. Ich hatte ein sehr großes Zimmer, fast Neuzustand, ein riesiges gutes Bett, die Dusche und das Bad war sehr sauber, die Qualität der Speisen und Getränke sehr sehr gut und die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten was trotz Ramadan stets gegeben.
