”Miinusta hotelli saa uloskirjautumisen kankeudesta. Uloskirjautuessa antoivat laskun erikseen veloitettavista palveluista, mutta laskuun sisältyi myös majoitus, jonka olimme jo maksaneet. Laskun loppusumma oli ilmoitettu kolmessa eri valuutassa, mikä koetteli tarkkaavaisuutta. Maksupäätteet eivät toimineet, joten jouduin hakemaan käteistä hotellin henkilökunnan kuljettamalla autolla.
Paluumatkaa varten kannattaa tilata taksi ajoissa. Meillä taksin saapumiseen meni 40 min. Taksin voi tilata...

Uima-altaan vesi kaikissa altaissa olisi voinut olla omaan makuun lämpöisempää. Tuli vain käytyä virkistäytymässä mutta 5 min jälkeen halusin tulla takaisin aurinkotuoliin.
Meressä oli lämpöisemmän tuntuista uida lokakuussa.

”Absolutely perfect stay with the most amazing staff ever. They even made my vegetarian husband extra food in the evening buffet. Gorgeous, variable food in the buffet, warm pool spacious and modern rooms. Definitely coming back! ”

Hotellin oma limousine service melko hintava.
Ravintolatarjonta hotellilla melko laaja, ruoka ok - ei erityisen hyvä.
Allasalue allasbaareineen hyvä ja snack tarjoilu toimi.
Kuntosali hyvä. Spa palveluita tyrkytetään paljon ja spa näytti monipuoliselta.

”Super hôtel. Grande piscine de la place pour tout le monde pour les transats c’est très agréable. Coté mer c’est génial de manger avec la vue sur mer.
La chambre était vieillotte mais propre dans l’ensemble.
Le personnel très serviable et gentil.

All inclusive toimi moitteettomasti ja ruoka monipuolista. Hotellilla tarjolla paljon aktiviteetteja. Hotelli keskellä "ei mitään" joten ainut miinus siitä, että jos haluat lähteä shoppailemaan tai kaupungille on aina otettava kuljetus... Hurghada on n.30min matkan päässä. ”I've had three wonderful nights there. Everything was maintained in the best way. The food is great, the service and cleanliness are excellent. It's a great destination for a break.”

The spa sauna and jaquzzi weren't that special. Massage was good. The biggest minus was the location when trying to use Uber, because no driver would drive with Uber prices, and they would ask 25€ for 15km ride. Had to cancel all the trips because couldn't agree on the price. Also hotel didn't provide shuttle bus to the mall and their taxi would have cost 30€. You need to search other options from the internet to get around. If you want peace and just relaxing, this is good spot. "
