Property is very dated and damaged. (Carpets are stained, furniture is ripped, etc.) The ceilings also showed significant water damage and the shower was rusted. It’s very difficult to walk anywhere from the hotel. All that said, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great service, we did get a 3-bedroom even though we hadn't booked it. Nice to get a welcome drink during the check-in. The beds are sooo comfortable, had the best night sleep here!! Large selection of the breakfast buffet, and the staff is very service minded. If I ever go back I will definitely book this hotel again.

Dark Dirty room and bad view.
The room was dirty, view of the room was bad but maybe that what you got if book deluxe room. In addition, the room so dark, need more lamp in the room. Fridge was empty. When book through hotels.com its said i get free breakfast for 3, in fact i only get 2. Hotel reception said its hotels.com mistakes. Thank god the staff was friendly but cant really help me with the breakfast problem.

Great hotel but could still use some Western training. We booked a top suite. They offer a kitchenette with not even soap or tissues if you eat inside. Had to ask for extras like toilet paper and a bowl a few times. Also got a message they had adaptors and microwave for use. Every time we asked for items on the list it was not available. Then don’t offer it on the list or buy more to have when suite guests book. I really felt like there was not extra treatment for maximum room like normal hotels do. Staff was sweet. Music is dining room was so loud we took the farthest tabke away and we never went back. It was horrible. Turn it way down it’s not a night club. Over all it was nice but staff could use more training and please lower music or get new singers.

AC is not cold
The room is big enough so I am happy with the size. The only thing that I don't like is the AC is not cold enough even though I have set it to the lowest. Other than that I am quite happy

Lovely clean hotel, big room & staff very helpful
We stay only for three days and the staff really helpful, Karen in front desk really help us and make our time so nice . Food really nice , yuda, I think one of the chef , really nice young man. Our family really enjoyed staying there 😃

Comfy Awesome Stay
It was an amazing stay with this five star hotel. Price is reasonable, staff are very friendly. Breakfast choices was awesome. Overall great stay.

Один из лучших отелей в Индонезии. Спасибо отдельное невероятно чуткому персоналу. Конечно, местами отель требует незначительного ремонта, но в целом все отлично! С едой для европейца выбор не очень большой, но однозначно голодным не останешься и готовят хорошо и вкусно. Приятная атмосфера отеля. На НГ были очереди на лифт и проблемы сесть на завтраке, потом все разъехались и проблем не было. Шикарная новогодняя программа и еда. Хороший интернет.

Low water pressure!
I was on business trip stay at this hotel for 5 nights, this is a new building. But the water pressure in the bathroom is very low. I hate spending long time taking bath, you need to take 5 min to wet your body & 10 min to just flush your hair shampoo. the management had asked the maintenance team to check but I was told that was good water pressure! I can't get the room change as the hotel was full house.I was told by my friends who was staying at different floor, they have the same problems. It was very disappointed experience service by Sheraton.

Great hotel
We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel pool gives a beautiful view out to the sunset in the evening. It's very comfortable though the drinks and facilities are over-priced (costs more for a large bottle of beer Bintang than it would for a large draft in London or Boston). But this is an unfortunate aspect of many hotels and not just this one. We got a free ride to Losari beach with a very pleasant driver and everyone was very kind and helpful.

Good hotel but needs more improvement.
The hotel is pretty new and clean but lack of maintenance. I noticed loose sockets in my room. Didn't get hot water at all for the first day, told the front desk about this and they checked it immediately, prompt response.

Nice hotel. Brand new and very comfortable. A non smoking hotel so the rooms don't stink like other Indonesian hotels. Nice pool although staff look like to stare while you swim lol Much recommended and the best in Makassar now.

Everything was great, the hotel is new, the location is in the central of shopping and spa (Martha Tilaar Spa, Somba Opu Handycraft, Panakukang Mall) around $3 fare to reach all those places using taxi. The room is spacious, and what i love the most is very fine selection & comfortable bed, pillows and blanket
