”I was really disappointed with my stay at Hayes Mansion. Based on the property and the price, I expected a much better experience.
The biggest issue was the pool area. There were only two lounge chairs available for the entire pool, and once they were occupied, I had no choice but to lay my towels on the ground to relax. - the bed was itchy (I slept poorly)
- the toilet seat was beat up
- they began clearing the buffet 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time (there was plenty of food and we were still eating)
- elevator door closes fast
I chose this hotel due to brand name and price. I will consider other hotels before returning.”

”Was ok. We got assigned a room that the house keeping was not notified. When we got there, there was a staff member still there cleaning. It wasn't too much of a bother. However, we went to rest and another housekeeping staff member walked in (I guess we hadn't locked it correctly, but there also was no knock). She apologized. I think there was miscommunication with the front desk and staff to let them know the room was assigned to us.
