”When we arrived we had food in the sister lodge next door 2 mins walk away but it was stunning. Braai buffet style. Then had dinner and breakfast as Muluwa on our last night as it was reopened with new management. Absolutely perfect. Cannot fault it. We paid for a couple of the excursions. Minor not-so-nice-things were that when we had a dinner at the restaurant, they didn't tell us the price, and as vegetarians we ordered only starters from the three course menu. When checking out we were told that the full three course menu should be paid even we did not eat the whole menu. So 400 rands for a green salad and a tiny fish steak.. ”We liked our stay at the game reserve, our unit overlooked the river which was very relaxing, we only went on 1 game drive due to not seeing any Elephants or Lions which was disappointing and the Buffalo where very far away, the vehicle for the game drive was very old and difficult to get in and out as I have had 2 hip replacements.”
