”My experience was disappointing. The room was not very clean and did not meet the standard I expected. Some areas looked poorly maintained. The staff was not very helpful when we asked for assistance, and communication was slow. The stay was not very comfortable overall, and I expected much better service and attention to guests. I would probably not stay here again.”

”Great place to stay.. everything here is beautiful.. Two things i had issues with 1. the cleaning staff didn't come to clean my room for the 4 days i was around even though the sign was showing. 2. Going to the UMRAH is easy, buses are available but getting back to the hotel from the UMRAH is via the same buses, OMG is too much work, many a times, i had to catch a Taxi because i am tired. Other than that.. awesome place to stay.. Recommended all the way if you love luxury ”

”Room where I stayed was outdated and in need of refurbishing. Nice view, but amenities and the condition of the room did not meet expectations. the room price was high but the doors of cabinets did not close and we're squeaky, holes in curtains and it had old furniture.”
