”This resort is really outdated (atleast the tower were we stayed – they were doing some renovations there though) We were happy that we only booked one night. It is really close to Kailua-Kona center (but was quiet still which was great), so it was walkable and the trolley takes you to some beaches. ”

I thought it'd be a little closer to all the shops and restaurants but oh well. It had a window unit AC in the living room only so the bedroom could get a little stuffy. Also, if you left any dirty dishes in the sink for even a day, you'd get what looked like baby roaches in the sink and on the counter. They weren't very frequent.”

Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am. ”Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place.
