”Cleaning every day and location were great, but kind of noisy as it is just in front of the main road. Some furniture and kitchen utensil are pretty old, should be renewed. Kitchen fully equiped.”

”J'ai beaucoup aimé l'endroit. C'est en pleine nature, on peut y voir beaucoup d'animaux. Les équipements sont un peu rustiques, mais ça donne un vibe plus authentique. J'ai bien aimé mon séjour à jaser avec Jim (le propriétaire), c'est un homme fascinant, il semble un peu rough, mais est une bonne personne. La route pour s'y rendre à partir de Montezuma est un chemin de terre, mais était en très bon état (janvier). Il y a de bons petits restaurants à 5-10 minutes a pied de l'hotel.”

”A person really couldn't ask for more, in a pricey area. Local business owners have driven the prices far too high for this area. Beach Cabinas offers a simple stay, next to good waves. This used to be a paradise. However, outsiders have changed Santa Teresa into an unneeded posh and snobby place. They've successfully alienated the local Ticos and hire cheap workers from Argentina and Nicaragua. I've seen this place change over the last 20 years. Really sad!
