Cozy Guesthouse - Walk 5mins to river side & 8mins to Jonker Streets

This unit equipped with two rooms one toilet, living room and kitchen, maximum 4 people staying at one time. Two rooms each have one queen size double bed. Air conditioning and electric fans are provided in each room and only electric fans in the living room. The bathroom has a water heater and bath products. You just need your own toothbrushes, toothpaste and other personal items.

The space is spacious and suitable for backpack travelers, couples, small families, and more.

Flat 9 tinggat is an old building located in the city center of Malacca (next to ibis Hotel).Our guest house is on the 7th floor facing the road (City View). There is a bus stop downstairs, motorcycle parking, car parking (need coupon) snack shops and convenience stores, etc.

Our place is located in the heart of Malacca, and thanks to the prime location.

Surrounding attractions are just around the corner from our place.
Downstairs is the famous Little India Street, 5 mins walk to Church of St. Francis Xavier Malacca and Malacca River.8 minute walk to The Stadthuys and Jonker Street.

Flat 9 tinggat is an old building that has been going through half a century. It is the tallest building in the 60s in Malacca and was once glorious. Even after many years, buildings within 50 meters are regulated heights cannot be higher than Flat 9 tinggat. When it's time to eat, you can smell the dense scent of rice. This is a rare and precious place in a city where we live in a deep locked gate. The property faces the road and stands at the door with a view of Malacca. Also enjoy the sunset in front of the door at dusk.
