Spa del palacete
We had very lovely and comfortable stay i your hotel. Airconditioning did spread a little bit of bad smell to the apartment but no other complaints. Personel was helpful and very nice also.

Apartment was ideally located in historic center. It was easy to access and staff were friendly. Only minus was lack of air condition. Especially during night it was quite hot.

Hyvä sijainti, ei herkkäunisille
Huoneisto sijaitsee mahtavalla paikalla aivan Málagan vanhassa kaupungissa. Se on siisti ja kivaksi remontoitu, mutta mikro ei toiminut, pesukone oli rikki eikä induktioliesi ollut kunnollinen. Kylpyhuone oli 1,5 m x1,5m. Suurin ongelma oli kuitenkin äänieristyksen puuttuminen. Kadulta kuului teiniporukoiden humalaisia huutoja aamuyöllä, mutta vielä häiritsevämpää oli, että kaikki naapurihuoneiden äänet kuuluivat kuin olisivat olleet samassa huoneessa,

Exclusive and comfortable room. All we needed for a nice holiday in town. Smooth check-in and friendly staff. Special mention for air-con. And there was ice cubes in the freezer as well!!!

We totally loved the location of this hotel. It was a mere 2 min walk to the center plaza, food options were plenty and yet stayed very quiet and safe. A few things to keep in mind, if you get into Malaga after 3:30, you would need to check in to their sister hotel because the front desk person leaves at 3:30. It was a 15min walk from the sister hotel to Spa Del Palacete. Imagine doing this with suitcases you need to log around. It was a bit of a hassle! also there were no luggage rack in the rooms and no drying rack for clothes (if you washed).

Les employés à l accueil sont supers et ont donné des infos détaillées sur la chambre, les commodites, etc. En revanche le lit était peu confortable et l établissement devrait laisser des instructions pour la laveuse et le lave vaisselle pour consultation .

Every necessary amenity in the apartment! Great. All in all very nice place to stay. Only thing to know about Malaga old town... the canalization can be quite smelly.

Great location, lovely room
Beautiful room, well equipped in a great location. Only downside was smell from bathroom drainage. Spa was extra and quite expensive per person but if you booked it it was for your own use. Walking distance to museums, port and cathedral.

Apartamento en muy buen estado en genwtal; cosas a mejorar, mejorar el aislamiento ya sue su que es una zona muy tranquila, a la mínima que hay ruido fuera, se oye bastante dentro de la habitacion, alguna estantería psra colocar neceser en el baño y tele en la habitacion.

Fantastiskt läge, nära det mesta. Bra utrustat pentry, kaffekapslar, te, vatten, drycker i kylskåpet till vårt förfogande. Ok incheckning. Men denna påtagliga lukt av mögel o fukt på rummet!! Påpekade i receptionen där det fanns samma dofter, dock inte innan hemresa vilket var dumt. Receptionisten verkade aldrig hört talas om detta tidigare. Så här bor vi inte igen.

We booked a studio which smelled of sewage didn’t have any wardrobes or closets and air conditioning didn’t work. On 2nd day I complained and lovely receptionist apologised and moved us to a bigger apartment. Much nicer very spacious and well equipped. Love the little welcome drink and snacks on arrival. And we loved using the washing machine and dishwasher. Only gripe was room cleaning which happened once

The apartment was in a great location and quite well equipped, however an awful smell of drains, door locks that didnt work, blinds that didnt work, so couldnt block out the light, and lumpy beds, spoiled our stay, way too expensive for what we got, plus communication seemed a bit of a problem

Det er en lækker lejlighed med god service. Kloakkerne lugtede i badeværelset næsten konstant og det trak meget ned. Vi påtale det og der blev sprøjtet med kemikalier men det holdte ikke længe så vendte lugten tilbage. Så det er ikke et sted vi kommer igen.
