Central apartment with large terrace

Wonderful penthouse, located in the heart of the city's historic center, next to the emblematic Granada Street, just a one-minute walk from the Picasso Museum and a two-minute walk from the Cathedral. Bright, fully equipped, and very quiet despite its central location. The living room has a window overlooking the building's large communal terrace, which offers spectacular views of the Alcazaba, the Picasso Museum, and the city center. This terrace has an area next to the apartment's window for the use of our guests, with its own terrace furniture. It has free WIFI and air conditioning (hot/cold). It is located on the sixth floor, with an elevator, although it only reaches the fifth floor, requiring a flight of stairs to be climbed on foot.

It has a cozy living-dining room, a bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower. It has a smart TV and high-quality internet connection, 1000 megas. The apartment has a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has a small room next to the apartment where guests can leave their luggage on the day of departure.

It has a large terrace accessed by three steps from the same floor of the apartment. It is equipped with terrace furniture and has privileged views of the Cathedral of Malaga. It is a communal terrace, very quiet, that our guests can use to sunbathe or enjoy the beautiful panoramic views of the center and some of its most famous monuments.

–Services:

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, washing machine, and everything you need for cooking.

The apartment has WIFI internet connection and all the amenities for our guests: air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living room, Smart TV, hairdryer, iron, washing machine, etc.

Guests have exclusive access to free medical care (non-hospital) during their stay through Quirón Salud, the leading hospital group in Spain.

–Historic center:

It is exceptionally located, in the heart of the old town, next to the popular Granada Street, and the famous taverns Casa Lola and El Pimpi, just a one-minute walk from the Picasso Museum and two minutes from the Cathedral. The terrace offers stunning views of the Alcazaba, the Gibralfaro and Victoria mountains, as well as the Buenavista Palace where the Picasso Museum is located.

–Getting around:

It is steps away from all the monuments and museums, and just a one-minute walk from Larios Street. It is also close to supermarkets and fashion stores, as well as the most popular restaurants. It is easily accessible from the airport and the main bus and train stations. Just a 7-minute walk away is the Muelle Heredia bus station and the stops of the main urban bus lines. Likewise, the Málaga Centro-Alameda train station is about a 14-minute walk away, allowing quick access to the airport and the Málaga-María Zambrano station.

–Important to note:

This is tourist accommodation that meets the requirements of Olédays' EcoFriendly certification and has been recognized with the WeRespect certification.

IMPORTANT:The apartment is located on the sixth floor with an elevator, but it only goes up to the fifth floor, with the last flight of stairs needing to be climbed on foot.

The terrace is communal, but very quiet and little used. Guests must respect the rules of communal living.

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. It is allowed on the terrace.

CHECK-IN:Check-in at the accommodation is from 15:00, but we strive to welcome our guests at the time they need, upon request.

PETS:Pets are welcome, owners will be responsible for the well-being of the animal and any damages it may cause. The rules of the house and the community must be respected. A fee of €20 will be charged per pet for the entire reservation.
