Das Hotel hat eine Spitzenlage, da alles zu Fuß und mit geringem Zeitaufwand erreichbar ist. Der Inhaber ist äußerst hilfreich und freundlich. Das einzige Manko besteht darin, dass es keine Toilettentür gibt. Ansonsten ist das Hotel im maurischen Stil eingerichtet, dass man sich nur wohlfühlen kann.

We stayed in the Badiane room, which is decorated in a lovely way. The downside is that the window opens to the corridor that is connected to the inner courtyard. It does have air conditioning. We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard for tea and coffee.

Mooi gelegen , in het oude centrum van Malaga. Eigenaar was gemaakt vriendelijk (deed zijn werk goed, maar zonder enige vrolijkheid, zakelijk) kamer zeer klein, geen plek voor je koffer of kleding, open badkamer (alleen gescheiden door muurtje die niet tot aan het plafond was) . Voor 1 nacht prima, maar voor meerdere nachten te klein.

Beautiful guest house with lush terrace in the middle. Gerald was easy to reach via WhatsApp. I loved that the rooms had a name, mine was “cardamom” and I love having a real key for the room. My room had a window opened to the terrace and it looked like a painting. I had cleaning service during the day which is not common anymore and I appreciated that. The location is perfect, I walked everywhere. I parked in the parking garage on a nearby street and that was fine. Overall lovely.

Our room was excellent. Clean linens, great location, and even parking was close (it took about 20 mins to find a spot, but worth it). The only thing i would say to improve is it would be nice to have a personal fridge to keep food cool in.

Hotellet låg perfekt och i en lugn gata. Det var mysigt och väldigt fint inredd. Incheckning var bra och vi fick tillgång till rummet tidigare Negativt var att sängar var stenhårda och badrummet var öppet dvs ingen dörr och ingen vägg hela vägen upp mot taket. Är man ett par är det kanske ok men för 2 vänner som är på semester lite mindre….

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel El Riad Andaluz, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm hospitality that made me feel right at home. The location of the hotel was perfect, very central which allowed me to explore the charming streets of Malaga. The hotel's ambiance was incredibly cozy, with authentic décor that reflected the local culture and a beautiful indoor garden. My room was beautifully designed, kept only in cerulean tones, with an authentic attention to detail. The hotel's owner was exceptional, very kind and always ready to assist with a smile and local recommendations that added an extra layer of enjoyment to my trip. Whether it was providing directions to nearby attractions or suggesting the best spots for authentic tapas. My stay at this lovely hotel was a memorable experience filled with comfort, warmth, and a true taste of Spanish hospitality. I can't wait to return and create more unforgettable memories. If you're looking for a cozy and delightful retreat in Spain, I highly recommend this hidden gem.

Extremely low hygiene conditions
I am not happy to write this review: I had the chance to see the owner of El Riad Andaluz is really passionate about this hotel. Although, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. For this reason, I have to warn potential customers about the fact that some of the rooms (such as the one I booked), have extremely low hygiene-sanitary conditions. The layout, with the bathroom directly integrated into the bedroom without proper separation, was not only aesthetically displeasing but also a clear violation of hygiene regulations. The lack of privacy and the potential for cross-contamination were alarming. It's baffling that the hotel would compromise such basic standards. I would caution anyone considering staying here to think twice about their health and comfort. I remark the fact that this "feature" is not explained in the hotel description, nor it visible from the pictures listed in the website. I didn't appreciate how the owner managed my claim, as he didn't offer any refund in case we would leave the room (he said he would offer to us a refund in case he had found new customers). I think this behavoiour was not fair from the owner.

Dear MarcoThe only fact that you duplicate your comment on Google, let me to believe that you took a revenge.You don't explain that your were a couple accompagned with a third partner.You don't mention either that when I took you to the room, you ask me for a larger room, to which I replied that it was not possible as we were fully booked and and the only alternative room possible was already occupied before your arrival, and you just said ok.It is only a while after you arrived that you contacted Expedia to complain.As it was the week of the most busy week of the year, of course it was impossible to find and alternative at the same price.The fact that the bathrom is the room seperated by a simple partition wall is often mentionned in the comments on Expedia and Booking

J’ai beaucoup aimé ce riad. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, charmants et disponibles. L’endroit est juste un peu à l’écart du centre, mais à distance de marche de tout. Il y a tous les services à proximité: épiceries, restaurants, buanderie, boutiques. J’ai adoré mon séjour dans cet environnement plein de charme.

It's a beautiful guest house with lots of charm. The host was polite and spoke English. The nearby car park cost €46 for 2 days and is a 2 minute walk. The location is great with a max of 30 minutes walk to most of the main locations. The rooms are a little smaller than anticipated and no kettle in the room, although there is a communal kettle in the foyer. There's no TV in the rooms (doesn't bother me but some people may expect it). The walls are very thin so you will have to be cautious of noise. Overall not a bad stay, expected a little more for the money but it was a last minute trip.

It was round the corner from a pretty square. The room was delightful with a little balcony overlooking the street. The only thing I would change was tea and coffee to be made available before 8.30 in the morning as I had an early flight and had to leave without one I would stay again

Good hotel but WC in the room
Everything was good but we were suprised when we saw that the toilet was in the bedroom just seperated by a 3/4-high wall/room dividor. This made it a little bit uncomfortable for us. Except this everything was good, clean, close to the city and friendly staff.

The room is cozy with its own private balcony. The decor and architecture is amazing and all the plants. The bed was firm and comfortable. Especially the pillow. It was chilly but they have central heat air and a hot plate to warm up room. Hot water takes a minute in shower. A tiny shower, got to make sure you put a towel on the floor. The location is amazing so close to everything within walking distance from all the sites. I loved staying here. Also felt very safe. TGNCIQ friendly.

It’s a basic hotel with small rooms, but quite charming and unique. We had an ant infestation but we dealt with it by buying a spray can of bug spray and that managed it. The owner, Gerald was helpful with advice on transportation, directions, restaurants, etc.

Værelset var genneralt okay trods dets lille størrelse, men det største problem og grunden til den dårlige anmeldelse er klart manglen af dør til wc og bad. Der var et forhæng og halvvægge så der er INTET privatliv!!! Alle kan høre alt! Udover det blev airconen jævnligt slukket hvilket var lidt frustrerende. Ellers genneralt hyggeligt, hvis man er til fælles wc 😅

Dear Anonymous, The room size is indicated in the description, agreed the toilet is an issued that is frequently addressed in the commentaries so I don't hide it either.Your relative who were occupying another room were turning off the aircon while away, why were you not doing it al well? As you live in a cold country, do you keep your thermostat at the maximum while out of your domicile?Certainly not at with the high cost of energy nowadays!!!!Regards
