The living room is thoughtfully designed with a comfortable sofa, a TV to enjoy your favorite programs and a dining table for two, creating a cozy space to relax and dine.

The adjacent sleeping area features a luxurious queen bed dressed in hotel-quality linens, ensuring restful nights. There is also ample storage space for your belongings, adding functionality to the room.

The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cooking utensils and cutlery.

For your convenience, the property includes a washing machine to handle your laundry needs with ease.

The modern bathroom is equipped with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer and free toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your convenience.

Nestled in the heart of Málaga’s historic centre, this property enjoys a prime location that invites you to fully immerse yourself in the city’s rich cultural heritage and vibrant Mediterranean charm.

Just steps away, you’ll find the Museo de Artes y Costumbres Populares, where traditional Andalusian culture comes to life through a captivating collection of artefacts. A short stroll down Calle Alcazabilla leads you to the Alcazaba of Málaga, an impressive 11th-century Moorish fortress offering sweeping views over the city and a window into its Islamic past.

The neighbourhood is brimming with dining options, from cosy tapas bars to stylish restaurants. One standout is the iconic El Pimpi, just 700 metres away, known for its authentic Andalusian cuisine and character-filled interior, decorated with photos of its famous visitors.

For shopping lovers, the bustling Calle Larios is nearby, Málaga’s main commercial artery, lined with elegant boutiques and popular fashion retailers. Don’t miss a visit to the Mercado Central de Atarazanas, a lively 19th-century market where you can sample fresh produce, local delicacies, and some of the best seafood in town.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Atarazanas, is just a 4-minute walk.

Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport is an 18-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
