The living room features a single sofa bed, a wide-screen TV, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony to enjoy the fresh air and add a touch of outdoor relaxation to your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery. A stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer, a drying rack and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary linens for maximum comfort and a wardrobe for convenient storage.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Located in the Centro neighborhood of Málaga, a vibrant and central area offering a mix of historical charm and urban convenience. This location is near key amenities and attractions, making it an excellent spot for both locals and visitors. Ideal for those looking to explore Málaga's rich history and enjoy its modern amenities while staying in a centrally located yet comfortable area.

The district is also known for its cultural attractions, such as the Picasso Museum, dedicated to the renowned artist Pablo Picasso, born in Málaga. Other cultural institutions include the Centre Pompidou Málaga and the Carmen Thyssen Museum.

The area boasts many shops, boutiques, and restaurants, offering everything from traditional Spanish cuisine to international fare. The pedestrianized streets around Calle Larios are trendy for shopping and dining.

Distrito Centro is well-connected by public transportation, including buses and the Málaga Metro. The district is also easily accessible on foot, with many attractions within walking distance of each other.

Please note that as the apartment is located in the city center there could be some noise coming from the "Pericón" square.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Tribuna De Los Pobres, is just a 2-minute walk.

Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport (AGP) is a 23-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
