HOMEABOUT FRESCA APARTMENT I:
Bright apartment composed of one double bedroom and one bathroom, located in a modern building, just beside Calle Marques de Larios.The flat is located on a first floor, easily accessible with the lift; It has a private patio. Located in the heart of Malaga, 01 minute from Calle Larios and 15 from de Beach; supermarkets and restaurants all around the area. It is perfect for families or small groups. The area is calm.



CHECK IN / CHECK OUT- Check in is automatic, you will find the keys in a lockbox. TIME: From 3pm.- Our staff will ask you your ID documents/passports and will send the information about the automated access a few days before the entrance.- Check out is automatic too, you must leave ALL the keys inside the flat on top of the table before leaving the flat. TIME: until 11am.



EXTRAS RULES- Please, take care of the flat. You must leave it in the same conditions as you found it.- To preserve the climate, please be careful with turning on/off the light, AC and/or heating when you are not in the flat.- It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment and in the common zones of the building.- Parties are not allowed, events or loud noises. Please, respect the common zones in the building and the resting times of the neighbourhood between 10pm – 9am. Take care and respect the silence and remember to keep the main entrance door closed all the times.- People not registered in the booking cannot be hosted.
