upon arrival at the property, the clerk informed me there was no existing reservation. After a lengthy investigation process, the reservation was located. The pictures of the condo were extremely misleading. There was no sofa . What was supposed to constitute a sofa were two broken recliners pushed together that would not even recline , or connected to each other. The linens were of poor quality, the pillows were stained, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, which led to many sleepless nights. I have a cervical neck disorder. which was highly exasperated due to the bed. the shower doors where inoperable, and water seals were peeling off, causing water to collect on the bathroom floor creating a potential risk for injury. Throughout the shower, there was mold, mildew, fungus, and rust, the shower doors would not even close due to the rusty railing, and deterioration. my girlfriend who accompanied me on the trip, was so distraught over the poor living conditions of the condo that she left upon arriving the first night, and got a hotel across the street for the remainder of the stay, Hotel Lima . see attachment for proof of receipt and payment. I attempted numerous occasions to contact the owner/management company, I have booked through VRBO for the entire six weeks of this trip, they have all been excellent experiences, except for this property. The overall conditions of the unit. severely impacted my vacation in Marbella.
