Malagueta - loma-asunto Malagassa

Tämä upea loma-asunto sijaitsee modernin rakennuksen 9. kerroksessa, jossa on kaksi hissiä Malaguetan alueella vain muutaman metrin päässä rannasta ja muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Malagan historiallisesta keskustasta. Huoneisto on täysin kunnostettu vuonna 2016, ja käytännöllinen muotoilu tekee siitä täydellisen huoneiston perheelle, ystäville tai yrityksille.

Huoneistossa on suuri avoin olohuone, jossa on upea korkealuokkainen keittiö Siemens-laitteilla, ruokapöytä kuudelle hengelle, sohva ja kaksi nojatuolia, Smart-TV ulkomaisilla kanavilla, nopea internetyhteys, Denon-musiikkijärjestelmä, jossa on Bose-kaiuttimet ja pääsy Bose-kaiuttimiin. upealle terassille, jossa on sohva, kaksi nojatuolia ja näkymä Muelle Unolle, Alcazaballe, Pompidou-keskukselle, vuorille ja Malagan katedraalille. Suurelle terassille avautuvat ovet voidaan avata täysin, jolloin ulkona on yksi suuri huone.

Huoneistossa on kolme makuuhuonetta:
Makuuhuone 1 tarjoaa suuren parivuode (180 cm), joka voidaan jakaa kahteen sänkyä, jotka on rakennettu vaatekaapeihin ja oma kylpyhuone suihkulla.

Makuuhuone 2 tarjoaa suuren parivuode (180 cm), joka voidaan jakaa kahteen erilliseen vuoteeseen, jotka on rakennettu vaatekaapeihin ja oma kylpyhuone suihkulla ja kaksinkertainen pesuallas

Makuuhuone 3 tarjoaa suuren parivuode (180 cm), joka voidaan jakaa kahteen erilliseen vuoteeseen ja rakentaa vaatekaapit.

Tärkeimmässä kylpyhuoneessa on suuri suihkukaappi, iso kylpyamme ja kaksinkertainen pesuallas sekä ovi, joka johtaa pesuterassille. Pesula terassilla on runsaasti tilaa kuivaa vaatteita, pyyhkeitä jne. Ja Siemensin pesukone.

Koko kiinteistössä on ilmastointi ja yksilöllinen lämpötilan s��ätö jokaisessa huoneessa. Tarjoamme pysäköinti samassa rakennuksessa 15 € per. päivä.

Wonderful apartment in great location

Very clean and modern with a large patio/balcony to enjoy harbor views. Excellent central location. Easy walk to beach in one direction and city life, restaurants and sites in the other.Bedrooms very spacious and 3 full baths are great for 6 adult guests. Kitchen well appointed, too.

Foul Smelling and Ceiling Leaked

Unfortunately we stayed the two weeks of heavy rain in Malaga. We didnt know that during times of rain the sewers and pipes release the odor of sewage. We begged for some air purifiers and spent hundreds of euros on expensive scented candles, incense and air fresheners. After several days we received one small air purifier and the offer for maintenance to treat the pipes, which did no good. The smell was so bad my brother and sister in law checked out early. It got a little better during the day when it was checked but the worst time was at night and early morning. After a week the ceiling in the living room started leaking and the couch got wet and plaster on the floor. Someone came to.check it the next day but nothing was done to clean it up and no further communication about it. Also the night before i left i took a bath and it leaked. So disappointed in the flat and the communication. I understand there was nothing they could do about the rain but several air purifiers would have helped, plus cleaning up the leaking ceiling.

Fabulous view, wonderful location

What a beautiful unit! The apartment was extremely well located, a few steps to the beach and pier and a short walk (about 1 km) to the old town. The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was plenty of water pressure and hot water. The kitchen was well equipped and it is possible to prepare simple meals in the unit. Parking was an issue since the price for parking is not included in the rental price and the remote control broke part way through and could not be replaced. As a result we had to use public parking. We were reimbursed for the unused parking but had to use nearby public parking at more than double the original cost. This was an unexpected expense. Check in was awkward as one cannot do a keyless check in, but rather has to try to coordinate a time with the manager for check in. A key-less check-in would have been so much more preferable and simple. Overall the unit is stunning and I would stay there again, and recommend it to others, despite the small nuisances of check-in and parking.

Malaga Visit

The location was wonderful view of the harbor and city spectacular, walking distance to most attractions and dining. There were not enough towels, and it was difficult to dry after usage to reuse, the bed pillows were terrible, not enough and bedding not good quality, kitchen was very nice lots of cooking utensils, dishes, pans, cups, glassware. However the stove, oven, microwave took time to figure out and should have been explained upon arrival, the front door lock was horrible and difficult to use, often it took us 10-20 minutes to get inside, until a neighbor actually took the time to explain how the lock worked, which should have been done by the check in person (locks very different in USA).

Amazing location

Wonderful views of harbor and old city. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony even in mid January! Rental company very responsive to our needs and requests. Rooms large and comfortable. One minor problem was strange aromatherapy machine with sickly sweet perfume. We opened windows often to clear the scent.

Short but sweet

The property was great, but we did notice a slight musty odor when the AC had been off for awhile. It disappeared after the AC had been running for 10-15 minutes. All in all a great place to stay, made us want to stay longer.

Malagueta View Apartment

Excellent location along the Harbor with stunning views of the harbor, Cathedral and Alcazar. It was pleasure to come home to in the evenings and to relax on the deck taking in the views. Would have been nice if a few basics (coffee, paper towels) had been supplied, but there is a store right around the corner where we could purchase. Only negative was that there was a funky sewer smell in one of the bathrooms but were told that this happens on occasion along the harbor due to aging infrastructure and tides. Wouldn't prevent us from booking again if we were to return.

Nice apartment in Malaga with a fantastic location

My family had a great time at this apartment in Malaga. The location is perfect within walking distance to everything. We ran into a few issues with the water (turned off one morning and limited hot water on other days), but that did not significantly impact our stay.

Malaga with a Spectacular View

What a stunning view in a wonderful location! Three bedrooms & three bathrooms were perfect for our family of 5 adults. And we could easily walk everywhere in Malaga from the apartment - restaurants, shopping, tourist sights and the beach were all close by. We gave the property five stars in every category except online information, simply because the property is indicated as having a washer and a dryer and it only had a washer. But nevertheless this apartment is a phenomenal place to stay! We heartily recommend it to others! We loved it!

Great location!!!

We stayed with our best friends in Malaga. The condo was great. Thee bedroom and two bath worked out well for two couples! The view of the bay was great so beautiful. Jose met us and reviewed everything. Easy to walk or scooter to beach, restaurants and grocery. Nice area. Would highly recommend!!!

Emplacement idéal, près de tout à pied. Service offert par Solaga exceptionnel (avant et pendant le séjour). Seul bémols, l’odeur d’égout persistante dans le logement et les commodités d’usage (papier toilette, savon, savon lave-vaisselle…) qui n’étaient pas suffisants pour 6 personnes pour 10 jours.

Wonderful apartment, but…

Our overall rating refers to the apartment itself which was one of the best we have stayed in in Spain. The bedrooms are spacious as is the living area, and of course the balcony looks out on one of the best views in Málaga, especially at night, truly quite spectacular. Unfortunately however the apartment is opposite a building which is undergoing a complete internal reconstruction, and the almost constant daytime noise at times reached a level that made the balcony unusable. The harbour itself is undergoing building work but this was relatively less of a nuisance. The apartment has excellent soundproofing which drowned out much but not all of the noise. We may have been unlucky with the pile drivers, drills and jack hammers doing their worst, but the reconstruction does look as though it still has some way to go.

Superbement situé

L appartement est conforme à l annonce. Il est idéalement situé avec une vue magnifique. Un coin nuit avec les 3 chambres et un espace de vie avec cuisine ouverte salon terrasse. C est propre et bien aménagé. Seul bémol et le propriétaire n y est pour rien , il y a un énorme chantier au bas de l’immeuble, perceuse et marteau piqueur s’en donnent à cœur joie tous les jours y compris samedi). Peut-être le signaler au moment de la réservation car cela va durer plusieurs mois. Tout le reste est parfait y compris le service de conciergerie

Great Views but Not Without Problems

The apartment is large and has nice modern appliances. It has a large comfortable terrace with a striking view of the harbor with beautiful views of the Alcazaba -- which are particularly special during the evening. The location is great as It is very close to the beach and about a 15 minute walk to the old city. The apartment does, however, come with 1 minor problem and two major problems: 1. There is a major construction site right across the street which makes the terrace unusable while they are working due to dust and noise. And when I say right across the street -- I mean right across the street with a large crane swinging back and forth much of the day. I recorded a fairly constant noise level of between 75 to 80 decibels while work was being done. I feel like we should have been told about this prior and given a chance to reconsider the rental. As the main benefit of the rental was the terrace and it was really not usable during the day, the value was greatly diminished. Again, I know they don't have control over nearby construction, but we should have been informed of this situation given the major, negative impact on the rental experience. 2. The apartment has a bad odor of mold. They tried to cover it with air fresheners -- but too strong to hide. 3. A minor but frustrating point but the apartment has an induction stove but the majority of the pots and pans provided were not induction compatible and therefore could not be used for cooking.

Für den Strand(imJuly+August gibt es Quallen) würde ich es nicht unbedingt empfehlen.Die Wohnung ist im 9 Stock mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf die Burg und die Altstadt und den Hafen wo die Fähre nach Mellia abgeht und die Ausflugsboote starten.
