”The honesty of the owners ! ”

”They were under construction-----------We were not warned before. Expedia screwed up my reservation. I ordered a DOUBLE STUDIO room but Expedia changed it into a QUEEN STUDIO ROOM. I NEEDED 2(TWO) BEDS As I was traveling with my 54 year old daughter and we were forced to sleep in the SAME bed-----------------------------I am 83 years old--------------It was not good”

”Basic but spotless... a bit expensive for what it is and at this time of the year... the food at the pub is excellent”

”Very very disappointed. We had booked one of the more expensive top floor rooms for our wedding anniversary. We live locally but thought we would make a night of it, check out the hotel, have drinks and a meal on the rooftop etc. I had paid the extra for a late cancellation. My husband is in remission from stage 4 lung cancer (not to be fair they knew that) and very unexpectedly the afternoon we were meant to check in he felt unwell and ended up overnight on ICU. I called the hotel to let them...

”Stayed here for two nights. The place is amazing, very beautiful surroundings and at a short distance to the Australia Zoo. The staff was very polite and helpful when planning the stay around the area. The lady in the reception knew very well what places are worth visiting! The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very well cleaned!”

”The cabin views were amazing , the room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of choices.Parking close by ,free wifi and a comfortable bed. A very private, quiet location ,just perfect for a peaceful getaway.”

”Stay here quite regularly, the staff know us when we have appointments at the nearby hospital. Staff are wonderful and caring. The bathroom we had did leak and needed extra towels to mop up the water leaking onto the carpet. The other downside is the wifi connection to the TV, we always seem to have trouble to connect no matter using Accor or hot spot.”

”Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä tuli todella niukasti tietoa. Huone siisti joskin parhaat päivänsä nähnyt. Sängyn patjat loppuun käytetty. Koko suurella alueella ainoastaan yksi tupakointipaikka, sekin ilman katosta ja törkyisessä kunnossa. Ravintola toimi moitteettomasti. Aamupala hyvä ja runsas. Tilatessa ruoka tuli nopeasti ja se oli hyvää.”

”Lovely retreat with thoughtfulness written all over! Bed was comfortable. The little pantry was handy. Breakfast was beautiful. Pool with hot tub was a nice touch. Most importantly staff was five-star quality! ”

”The apartment was clean , but needs to be repainted as you could see where they had fix some damage and the repainted parts were obvious. Some might not even notice, but having done repairs on my own property I did notice. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Gated community with shops across the street.”

”Check in was fast and professional. Parking under ground was explained well. The room was immaculate and cleaned over my expectations. All appliances were new and in exceptional condition. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. I stayed on the 7th floor and the lifts were very fast. 2 mins walk to the major shopping centre for all your needs. 5 min walk to the beach. No complaints at all, highly recommended. I will stay again for sure.”
