”Very nice hotel overall! The staff has been very helpful and nice. The buffet was great, and there was gluten free options available. Room was very clean. Beach bar was a bit pricey but it has a great view of the sea and the mountains. Would definitely recommend!”

”Excellent hotel, felt more expensive than it actually was. Pool and à la carte breakfast in sister hotel Theatro and those were absolutly luxurious. Rooms were modern and clean and the staff in Nuovo always so friendly. Not as friendly in Theatro but good enough. Hotel was quite small and not too crowded on September. We enjoyed our stay so much and if I ever come to Crete again I want to stay in this same hotel again.”

”The hotel was clean and perfect for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. The stunning views and the private swimming pool attached to the apartment were a great bonus. There were very few other services or amenities in the area, but that suited us well as we were looking for a quiet getaway. With the car we were able to drive around the island anyway.
A special thank you goes to George from the restaurant. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and service-minded throughout our stay. He truly made us...

”Staff was incredibly nice and willing to help at all ends from check in to during to check out. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good even though its not a buffet style but had many options. Beach view was perfect, pool was cool too. Loved the live Dj each day. At night the restaurant offers nice sunset views and can eat anywhere.”

”Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und die Aussicht auf das blaue Meer wirklich traumhaft. Das Essen war insgesamt in Ordnung. Beim Service und bei der Zimmerreinigung gibt es jedoch noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Getränke mussten trotz Tischservice häufig selbst bestellt werden und der Service war teilweise sehr langsam. Der öffentliche Strand kostet zusätzlich 10 € pro Tag für Liegen. In unserem Zimmer lagen leider mehrere Tage Glassplitter auf dem Boden. Zudem fiel die Klimaanlage für zwei Tage...
