Although built as a semi-detached house, it offers full privacy thanks to its high design standards and modern equipment, ensuring a carefree holiday. Villa Forte is the perfect choice for those seeking a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, wishing to spend quality time with loved ones and enjoy a tranquil, private setting with their own pool.
The villa accommodates up to 7 guests and is spread over two floors, providing plenty of space and privacy for each family member or group of friends. The ground floor is dedicated to shared spaces, with a bright living room featuring comfortable seating and a relaxing atmosphere. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed for one person if needed. Adjacent to the living area is a kitchen equipped with all modern appliances to satisfy even the most demanding chefs. The dining area, connected to the kitchen, is perfect for family meals or casual gatherings over delicious food. Also on the ground floor are a storage room and a separate WC for added convenience.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms designed for maximum comfort and flexibility. One bedroom has a double bed and its own bathroom, making it ideal for a couple seeking more privacy. The other two bedrooms are always set up with double beds but can, upon request and prior arrangement, be converted into twin rooms.
