Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen 10 sqm and with dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom 6 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine. Bathroom 6 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

Kremenići. The villa is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.
