”​I had a wonderful stay here! The property is very clean on the outside, and inside, the excellent service started right away with a super friendly front desk staff. All of the common areas including the lobby and halls were immaculate. Best of all, they are pet-friendly! The guest room and bathroom were pristine, cozy, and exceptionally clean. I will definitely be back.”

”Check in was fast and easy, and staff was great to work with. There was plenty of parking in front of the building. Breakfast was good, with the usual items. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, fruits, danish and muffins, cereal and juices. We would stay again.”

I have been on a 2000-mile cycle ride, and being at the Park View was the perfect tonic to what had been really challenging. ”Upon check in there was a sign at the front desk to let guests know that the pool and hot tub were not working. There was no indication when it would be reopening and it did not open during the two night weekend stay that I was there. The in room TV did not work, either. Staff did not replace it although they weee notified. Not sure what the problem was. There were literally four cars in the parking lot the entire stay. This hotel is under new ownership. ”Should. Not call it pet friendly”

”This Americinn lacks investment/updates on their rooms & facilities. TVs did not work. Lighting was old & most were burnt out. Furniture was old, very worn. Chair was old wouldn’t fit under the desk & when I sat in it, chair dropped suddenly & bottomed out. We changed rooms 3 times with common issues. Brkfst was poor to mediocre. Staff was ok, but they can only work with what they have. Beds were ok & a/c worked. That’s my only positive. Owners r “milking” this facility.”
