Chalet in Mallnitz in Carinthia near ski area

This large detached chalet for a maximum of 10 people is located in Mallnitz in the Hohe Tauern National Park in Carinthia, right next to the Ankogel ski area.

The chalet has 4 bedrooms, 2 large living rooms, of which the one on the 1st floor can also be used as a lounge, 2 bathrooms, one of which has a hot tub, and a large, modern, fully equipped kitchen. There is also a ski storage room with ski boot warmer and a separate room with a washing machine and dryer in the basement. This chalet also has a large south-facing terrace. Free WiFi is also available and there are parking spaces right next to the chalet.

Families, recreational skiers and freeriders will find excellent conditions for a perfect winter holiday on the Ankogel in Mallnitz. The Ankogelbahn is located in the Hohe Tauern National Park, at the end of the municipality of Mallnitz and is about 25 km from the Mölltaler Glacier ski area with almost 18 km of slopes. There are a total of 18 km of slopes on the Ankogel for skiing and snowboarding. Another ski area, the Schneeerlebnisland Flattach, is located in Flattach, about 15 minutes away by car. In winter, the ski bus stops 500 m from the chalet.

Mallnitz also has a number of lakes, the Stappitzer See in the Seebachtal is well known, but there are also beautiful mountain lakes for cooling off after a hike, or public swimming pools in Mallnitz and the neighboring communities such as the Tauernbad Mallnitz with sauna area. There are many beautiful hiking trails and various sights in Mallnitz and the surrounding area.

Directly in Mallnitz there are enough shops for daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.
