Das Hotel liegt an einer malerischen Bucht, man wird sehr freundlich empfangen und bekommt am Anreisetag auf Wunsch noch sehr spät (22 Uhr) etwas zu Essen im Speisesaal. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und sehr engagiert! Die Zimmer sind hell, freundlich und mit einem Balkon ausgestattet (auf dem man rauchen darf). Dort findet man sogar einen Wäscheständer an der Wand. Das Bad ist relativ groß, ebenso die Dusche. Die Betten sind gut, nicht durchgelegen, es gibt eine große Kissenauswahl. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr vielfältig und abwechslungsreich (es gab z.B. einen mexikanisches Abendessen, zusätzlich zu der normalen Auswahl). Das Servicepersonal ist super! Gegenüber vom Hotel befinden sich ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Autovermietung (wir hatten unseren Mietwagen allerdings am Flughafen gemietet). Einziger Nachteil: die Parkplatzsituation. Es gibt keinen Parkplatz vom Hotel, man muss an der Straße parken, wo i.d.R. alle Plätze belegt sind.

Muy buena ubicación, súper vistas al mar. Las habitaciones están cómodas y amplias muy bien decoradas. Personal súper amable. El único punto de mejora sería la comida del buffet (desayuno como cena => baja calidad). lastima!

Anhand des Internetauftritts entsteht der Eindruck, dass alle Zimmer Meerblick haben, ich hatte darüber übersehen, dass bei meiner Buchung Meerblick nicht ausführlich dabei stand (auf den Fotos war dieser allerdings eindeutig gegeben - also als Tipp: bei der Buchung unbedingt darauf achten). Entsprechend groß war die Enttäuschung. Aber dies ließ sich dann gut klären und wir bekamen ein anderes Zimmer. Und auch ansonsten war das Personal ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Deshalb insgesamt sehr positives Fazit.

Good 2 nights east side hotel stay
Hotels location is great for people to stay for two night and have their own car. It's in a lovely bay with a beach entrance and lovely views of sunrise. Room is very bright and spacious, minimalistic but you do have everything you need there. Shower open spacious. Clean and tidy areal. Breakfast as usual for that size of hotel, nothing special but a good selection.

Our stay was amazing. Every room faces towards the ocean. Our balcony had a fantastic view and we opened up the patio doors to hear the ocean waves at night and early in the morning. It was perfect. The beach inlet was very nice. The whole staff was so attentive to our needs. The manager, Olivia was so nice. She always asked us how we were doing and if there was anything we needed on a daily basis. The waitstaff was pretty awesome, Rita, Gadi, Antonio, Samuel, and the bar attendant, Mary all took care of my husband and myself. Chef Alejandro's food at the pool bar was on point. The reception desk attendees Sinue and Carlos were also extremely helpful with excursions, grabbing transportation, any questions we asked all while constantly having a smile on their faces. Our only compliant was the food choices at the buffet. The food was pretty bland. The food as I had previously read on many other reviews was mediocre and geared towards the German population, as 3/4 of the guest were German. Even the singer for the entertainment on the first night we arrived was singing in German. Maybe if the hotel switched it up a bit for other foreign travelers and add more food choices, then I would have given it a 5 star.

Die Unterkunft hat mir sehr gut gefallen: Saubere Zimmer Leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Essen Viel Platz im Speisesaal, an der Bar, am Pool Sehr freundliches Personal Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind mir noch aufgefallen: - Die Drinks hatten teilweise nur sehr wenig Alkohol - nur kleine Auswahl an warmen veganen Speisen Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel sehr empfehlen (mit All-Inklusive).

The hotel was really lovely and the staff made the stay memorable. Only room for improvement was the food. I’m allergic to seafood/fish and dairy so struggled with the food. Would be good to have more on offer for lunch and dinner.

Nous désirions passer une semaine au calme et nous l’avons trouvé dans cet hôtel à l’ambiance feutrée. Le personnel, aussi bien à la réception qu’au restaurant ou aux différents bars est souriant, attentionné, ce qui est très agréable. Depuis notre terrasse (7ème étage) nous avions une vue magnifique sur la crique. Contrairement à certains commentaires (...) nous avons trouvé la nourriture très bonne et variée. Nous avons donc passé une très belle et bonne semaine ☀️☀️☀️

Accomodatie zag er strak, schoon en modern uit. Het balkon had een prachtig uitzicht op de baai. De ligbedjes en parasols bij het zwembad waren meer dan voldoende aanwezig, dus 'handdoekje leggen' was niet aan de orde. Personeel werkte hard, maar sommigen spraken slecht Engels. Gematigd positief over het all in concept, maar een paar cocktails waren gratis, voor andere cocktails moest bijbetaald worden. Het eten bij het buffet was vaak koud, soms rauw en soms taai doorbakken. Pluspunten voor de bordspellen die klaarstonden bij de receptie om te gebruiken.

Beachside! Had tons of amenities, but the amenities was okay. Gym was so hot. Breakfast was okay. Had to buy our espresso because the free one at breakfast was not strong enough. Got tired of the food since it’s the same food each day. Pool closed early :(

Adult only très appréciable. Globalement un bon séjour, très reposant. Nous avions déjà séjourné en 2020 dans cet hôtel, et y sommes revenus car nous avions apprécié. Des progrès ont été faits sur la nourriture, sa variété et sa qualité. Une fausse note : vol de médicaments dans notre chambre. Bien dommage car celà entache un peu l'excellente image que nous avons eue de l'ensemble du personnel.

Très bel hôtel doté d’une belle infrastructure. Toutes les chambres ont vue sur la mer! L’accès à la plage se fait depuis la piscine de l’hôtel donc hyper pratique! Hôtel et chambres très propres. L’hôtel est très calme 👍 Petit bémol pour les formules all inclusive la qualité des repas est médiocre et les horaires proposés un peu tôt pour l’Espagne.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Zu empfehlen sind Zimmer ab dem dritten Stock auf der linken Seite, dann kann man dem Meerblick wirklich genießen. Das Speisenangebot war vielfältig und sehr gut. Animateure sehr nett und unaufdringlich. Der öffentliche Strand vom Hotel gut zu erreichen, direkter Zugang. Ein wirklich schöner Kurzurlaub und weiter zu empfehlen. Anmerkung: Es ist kein Partyhotel, wie so manch junge Burschen glaubten.

The location is superb for the view of the cove. There is one price for breakfast and dinner and hard to get to other options. This is really an all inclusive resort that feels like being on a big cruise ship. Fortunately we had a car so were able to drive to the port town with many options fir eating and entertainment. We love the town of Capdepera! And we enjoyed our morning swim.

Algunas cosas que mejorar
En hotel se encuentra situado en una cala espectacular, bien comunicado por autovía pero necesitas de coche propio para llegar. Respecto a las habitaciones no son propias de un resort son bastante estrechas, aunque tienen muy buenas vistas. Por otro lado me he alojado en otros hoteles de la misma cadena durante el covid y creo que gestionan mejor el tema de la comida, ya que se usan guantes desechables en vez de cada persona una pinza que se introduce en varios alimentos pudiendo ocasionar contaminación cruzada.
