Dear Guests First of all, I apologize for not replying to you in Finnish. I hope that you will understand our reply in English, which is a universal and International language. I am sorry to know that you did not find our staff to be friendly, we try our very best to provide good service to all of our guests and I am sorry that you did not feel that this was the case. The guests are responsible of washing their own dishes and pans, as we are 2 key apartments and this service is not included in the cleaning. I am sorry to know that you did not like our beds. Please note that all of the mattresses have been replaced recently, and that they are visco elastic beds. We do not have any of the "old type" ones with springs. Regarding the no big inflatables rule in the swimming-pool, this is because we have had very serious accidents in the past (which have been fatal) and we do not wish for this to happen again. Dear Guest Thank you very much for your review following your stay with us. It is thanks to reviews such as yours that we can improve our services and facilities. I am sorry to read that you have had trouble during your stay. Please rest assured that our establishment counts on the services of a professional company that deals with insects, and that we meet the requirements (control of insects, established times of the year when the company comes to set traps, fumigate, etc). Unfortunately, sometimes in hot countries such as Spain and especially near to the country-side (we are next to a mountain), it is not uncommon to see insects. If you had told Reception that you were not happy with the apartment that we assigned to you due to this problem, we would have offered you an apartment change as soon as one was available. Regarding the cold water in the swimming-pool, please note that the swimming-pool was filled-up at the beginning of April and that we count on the warm weather to warm it up. We do not advertise the swimming as being heated. We are very pleased to know that you enjoyed the breakfast service and that you found the staff to be of good service to you. We are located 900 m. from the main beach of Alcudia, and we have a mini bus that goes to the beach 3 times in the morning (10.30, 11.00, 11.30) and comes back 1 time in the afternoon (16.00 hrs). Todos los estudios son del mismo tamaño, la ocupación máxima legal está establecido por nuestra categoría oficial y los metros cuadrados, según estipula la ley. La ocupación máxima de este tipo de apartamento es de 3 adultos + 1 niño y así lo tenemos ofertado. Disponemos de otros tipos de apartamento más grandes (de 1 dormitorio y de 2 dormitorios). Y también están los superiores de 2 dormitorios, que son los que se han reformado en los últimos años. Esperamos que hayan disfrutado de la estancia en Mallorca. Estimado Sr Gorka Muchas gracias por sus comentarios. Sí, cuando hay un accidente fecal o de vómito, la normativa establece que hay que cerrar la piscina para poder realizar un procedimiento de limpieza específico. Sentimos saber que ha encontrado el sofa cama incómodo, nos hubiera gustado saber esto durante su estancia para intentar buscar una solución. Los ascensores se averían de tanto en tanto, somos un edificio grande en plena temporada turística con una gran cantidad de clientes que usan los ascensores. Cuando los ascensores se averían, llamamos enseguida a la empresa de ascensores y ellos mandan un técnico lo antes posible. Nos sabe mal si esto le ha incordiado durante la estancia. Los tour operadores y las páginas webs están avisadas de esto, y está en la información del cliente que está colgado en un pdf de nuestra web y la misma que entregamos al cliente a su llegada a la Recepción.
