Sun loungers beckon guests to soak up the warm rays of the sun, while the furnished porch with a cozy barbecue stands as the perfect setting for outdoor dinners. Here, tranquility blends with comfort, creating an ideal sanctuary where every corner exudes peace and total privacy.

The interior of this charming house has a rustic character that harmoniously merges with a modern design spread across two floors. Upon entering, a spacious living-dining room is revealed, equipped with a Smart TV and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable atmosphere. A decorative fireplace adds a cozy touch. The generously sized kitchen features a ceramic hob and is fully equipped for the preparation of delicious meals, also boasting a decorative fireplace. On the ground floor, two charming bedrooms await; one with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, and access to the garden, and another with two single beds, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower completes this floor, offering convenience and functionality. The upper floor houses two more bedrooms: one with two single beds, air conditioning, and a wardrobe, and another with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and access to a charming terrace. For added convenience, there is another bathroom with a shower on this floor. The house is complemented by additional services such as a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Santa Eugenia, located in the Pla de Mallorca, is a medieval town characterized by the abundance of farmsteads and windmills, offering excellent unobstructed views. Just a few kilometers from Palma and its beaches of Can Pere Antoni, Es Carnatge, and Can Pastilla, it is a perfect place to relax on your vacation, away from the hustle and bustle of busier areas.

- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- There is exterior parking for 4 cars.
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay
