Ok family resort
Good for families with kids, otherwise would go elsewhere. All inclusive was practical and the buffet food good. In October the pool water was already too cold.

Good and bad equally.
Rooms and staff were great. Some areas are a bit tired looking. Big outside bar entertainment area is nice but indoor facilities aren’t enough for a hotel of this size, (5 Blocks of 8 floor buildings). Food was poor apart from breakfast. Dinners were cold and freshly cooked choices were overcooked pork or fish every evening. Pizza oven made sure that was an option every night.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Das Benehmen der Hotelgäste ist unterirdisch. Es wird den ganzen Tag Alkohol getrunken und genau so verhalten sich die Leute. Mit einem Familienhotel hatte das für uns nichts zu tun. Es ist dauerhaft laut und überall stinkt es nach Alkohol und Cola. Die Leute verfüttern ganze Hotdogbrötchen im Poolbereich an die Tauben. Im Restaurant wird keinerlei Rücksicht auf andere Gäste genommen. Es sieht aus wie in einem Schweinestall. Keiner kommt auf die Idee, das was auf den Boden gefallen ist wieder aufzuheben. Die Angestellten kommen so schnell gar nicht hinterher. Die Zimmer sind voll in Ordnung und dem Preis angemessen. Super Kinderpool mit Rutschen. Super Animation mit Minidisco. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich, an der Snackbar aber eher auf das englische Publikum ausgelegt. Das Hotel und das Personal an sich hat uns gut gefallen. Es war eher das Umfeld. Die Hausbucht war mit Algen verschmutzt. Gebadet werden konnte nicht. Das war sehr schade.

Horrible!! My bed was broken, lose and moving if you slightly touched it and had big yellow stains on sheets and pillow. We got another room to sleep in for the night in another building. The next day at lunch time, they still did not fix bed or even change the dirty sheets. We had to complain 3 times before anything was done. One expects that dirty sheets would be a priority. I felt grossed out the rest of our stay. We got another room the next day, but it was too late, everything just felt dirty. On another note, they have a kiddy pool with slides. Our kids found poop in two different locations on the slide, when we told them this, they asked the lifeguards to check, they didnt find it, and because of that they did not close down and clean it. There is water pouring on the slides from above, we mentioned it probably got flushed with the water, but the water is still contaminated. They chose to not listen and not clean the pool. We did not use this pool after that. Disgusting. Overall they did not take action on cleanliness as one would expect. The resturant is super noisy and the food was bland. I do not recommend this hotell at all.

Hello Nermina,We're sorry if their holiday wasn't what they expected. We always receive very good marks for cleanliness, andthe facilities are cleaned and disinfected daily and several times. The pools keep a daily cleaning and disinfection record that we can show in reception and it is all correct.We immediately went to see what was there when we were informed and saw nothing, the lifeguard told us there was nothing.Thank you for your feedback and we will take this into account in order to improve our services.Best regards.

Estuvimos 4 noches y la estancia fue óptima en un resort con un precio muy razonable. El personal es simpático, habitación reformada y limpia, cama cómoda, comida de notable calidad. Buenas piscinas, toboganes para los niños, mesa de pingpong, canchas de fútbol sala y baloncesto. Situada a pocos minutos de Cala Domingo, una de las más bonitas de Mallorca. A mejorar, los espectáculos de animación nocturnos -demasiado orientados a niños muy pequeños-, el horroroso café de los desayunos y el ruido tremendo de la lavandería. Pero en general, notable alto. Ah, gracias a Aida, del servicio de checkout, fue todo un amor...

Good choice for the whole family
An excellent choice for the whole family, in my opinion a bit under staffed but they do magic and a great jobb, very friendly and polite staff. The rom was clean and spacious with nice view. The food was very good and varied, we stayed 11 nights and we would definitely go back sometime. One thing to have in mind is the elevator, very small to handle that volume of guests but if you take the stairs as a work out, you'll be fine.

Recomended for a family vacation
The hotel is a very good choice when traveling with kids. It is impressive what the personnel do to keep all guests happy, very polite, it seems that they are under staffed but KUDOS to them. The room was very clean and giod size for us 3, nice view. The one which gets the bad review is the elevator, to small for the volume of people at the hotel. The atmosphere is good for the entire family.

Positiv: Großartiger Service und Personal; Überraschend gutes Essen; All Inclusive hat Spaß gemacht; Pools sind reichlich vorhanden und sauber; Schneller Check In und Out; Hotel hat eigene Bushaltestelle; Transfer zum Strand Cala Domingos; Kids Club ist in Ordnung; Kinderdisco etc am Abend; Zimmerservice kommt jeden Tag Negativ: Anlage ist im Prinzip gut in Schuss, aber erwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Apartment aber war schon hart an der Grenze. Auch recht hellhörig. In Summe war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir hatten durch Angebote und einen Gutschein gerade mal 1100 für 9 Tage All Inclusive für drei Personen bezahlt. Das ist natürlich schwer in Ordnung und tröstet über den Zustand hinweg. Wir würden glaube ich sogar nochmal wiederkommen.

Enjoyable stay. Minor areas for improvement.
Great stay, was disappointing staff at the pool did not know how to use the chair lift as I could have done with assistance getting in and out of the pool. I would also suggest that when borrowing bats and balls etc that a room number is given to ensure return, my daughter tried to play table tennis many times but the bats had not been returned which was frustrating. Cesar is an excellent asset to the hotel, he has a lovely way with him and was very pleasant and great at his job.

Nice hotel - but terrible restaurant environement
Nice hotel - the room was newly renovated amd had a very nice balcony. Unfortunately, we were placed in a connecting room i.e. there is a door (closed and locked of course) between the rooms. This door was paperthin and when you have a lot of families living in the hotel this creages chaos when trying to get kids to sleep at different times. The food was nice, but the restaurant itself was a disaster. The noise level in the open gigantic room placed in what felt like a basement was horrible and we actually dreaded each meal.

Sehr geehrte Dominic Zunächst einmal vielen Dank für die Zeit, die Sie sich genommen haben, um Ihre Meinung über das Hotel abzugeben. Wir bedauern sehr, dass Ihre Meinung zum Essen im Hotel nicht zufriedenstellend war. Normalerweise loben uns alle Hotelgäste für die Qualität und Vielfalt unserer Speisen. Da wir eine Speisekarte mit mehr als 200 Gerichten haben. Wir haben auch tägliche Unterhaltung für Kinder und Erwachsene. Jeden Tag gibt es mehr als 10 verschiedene Aktivitäten und es tut uns leid, dass sie für Ihre Meinung nicht ausreichen. Wir werden weiter daran arbeiten, uns zu verbessern und unseren Kunden weiterhin den besten Service zu bieten. MfG

Piscine belle ma molto sporche perché la struttura contiene tantissimi ospiti molti stranieri che non hanno cura di tenere pulito. Er was geen gratis wifi verbinding (voor all-inclusief 4 sterren verwacht je dat wel). Kwaliteit van het eten viel tegen en als iets op is wordt het niet altijd bijgevuld. Als er iets op de grond valt wordt er niet schoon gemaakt. Weinig service. Er wordt slecht in de kamer schoongemaakt. We waren met 5 personen, maar er waren maar 3 bedden en 1 slaapbank voor 1 persoon. Er over geklaagd maar ze deden er niks aan. Wel voor 5 personen betaald. Niks te doen in de omgeving. Om naar de winkels te gaan moet je 1 uur reiden. 15 minuten lopen om naar een paar souvenirs winkeltjes te gaan.

Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert - für Familien mit Kindern! Allen anderen könnte es zu laut und trubelig sein. Unser Appartement war renoviert und sah wertig aus. Der Kühlschrank der Küchenzeile war uns zu laut, dank All inklusive benötigten wir ihn nicht und stellten ihn aus. Das Essen war reichhaltig und in den 6 Tagen abwechslungsreich. Der Dschungel-Pool kam bei den Kindern gut an, Mini Disco natürlich auch. Shuttle zum Strand funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Personal war freundlich.

för småbarnsfamiljer
ett bra hotell för familj med mindre barn. Skulle inte åka hit utan barn. Fina rum, något slitet. Superfina omgivningar med strand! Maten på buffén är väldigt bra för all-inclusive. Det som drar ner på betyget är den väldigt ljudnivån under matserveringen. Stor öppen yta med väldigt många småbarnsfamiljer. Kvällsunderhållningen hörs på hela området så det är högljutt fram till 22.30.

Die Unterkunft ist für Kinder jeden Alters ideal: Wasserspielplatz mit vier Rutschen, Fußball- und Volleyballfeld, Bodenschiessen, Wasserball, große Pools mit untschiedlichen Wassertiefen von 0 bis 190 cm, Spielplatz , etliche Fahrgeschäfte ( jeweils 1€ einwerfen), Animation von Aqua Gymnastik bis Zumba. Snackbar mit Selbstbedienung. Personal stets sehr freundlich und mehrsprachig. Calas de Mallorca ist nicht so schön. Kleine Details wie ein Schrankleiste sind kaputt gewesen. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer befindet sich im Kleiderschrank, und zwar so, dass entweder der Kleiderschrank nicht schließt oder dass der Kühlschrank kompliziert seitlich zu öffnen ist. Bei Ankunft im Zimmer war der Kleiderschrank nicht zu benutzen. Eine der Schiebetüren war völlig ausgehängt. Die Klimaanlage war defekt und wurde erst nach Aufforderung an der Rezeption wieder in Stand gesetzt. Die Reinigungskräfte sind freundlich und haben sehr ordentliche Arbeit gemacht.

Palomas como ratas
Deberían controlar la “visita” de palomas en la zona de la piscina. Poner carteles para que no les den de comer. Es asqueroso estar comiendo un snak en la piscina y tener que ahuyentarlas. Parecían ratas por debajo de las hamacas o subiéndose a las mesas y sillas. Asqueroso!Es la única pega. Ah! Y por qué la piscina de los toboganes está helada??? Es para los niños! Salían con los labios morados. Es lo único. Todo lo demás muy bien!

En familia
Fuimos en familia y estuvo muy bien,los niños se lo pasan super bien en la piscina de toboganes Es la segunda vez que vamos,el inconveniente que veo es el tema de las abejas o avispas,no se que son,pero en los granizados que podían coger los niños estaba lleno y no hacen nada al respecto,hubo varias picadas y todo seguía igual y en el bar de la otra piscina igual las botellas de licores llenas de avispas y los camareros sirven igual las bebidas Y otro inconveniente pero con poca importancia es que a la pareja que iba con nosotros les pusieron agua y botella de cava en la habitación y a nosotros que era exactamente igual la habitación no nos pusieron nada El servicio de camareros muy bien y de animación también,pero noté que para los niños no hacían gran cosa Por lo demás muy bien
