Upea näköala
Hotelli oli kiva ja henkilökunta ystävällinen. Aamiainen ja illallinen samassa pöydässä koko viikon ajan on vähän hassua ja varsinkin kun sali on ahdettu aika täyteen pöytiä. Tilassa oli välillä aika käry ja ikkunoita ei ollut auki/ ilmastointi oli pois päältä. Aamiainen olisi kiva nauttia vaikka ulkotilassa mutta tässä paikassa se ei ollut mahdollista. Henkilökunta salissa oli kyllä erittäin ystävällisestä. Uima-allas baarissa tarjoiltiin vain juomia eikä mitään pientä suolaista ollut saatavissa. Hyvä sijainti ja lentokenttä lähellä sekä upea ranta. Huoneemme oli Junior Suite 514 ja ylimmässä kerroksessa kulmaparvekkeella joten näkymät olivat upeat ja aurinko paistoi parvekkeelle koko päivän. Huone muutenkin oli tosi kiva ja siisti. Ainoana miinuksena voi mainita että veden lämpötila suihkussa saattoi vaihdella aluksi ihan älyttömästi välillä tullen tosi kuumaa ja sitten taas kädenlämpöistä. Vastaavasti lavuaarin hanasta ei oikein tullut kylmää vettä mutta muuten pärjättiin hyvin.

The hotel is in a great location, clean and quiet. Rooms are a good size and the half-board option was better than we expected. Some litter outside the back of the property.

Kleineres Hotel im Vergleich, aber gut in Schuss. Hervorzuheben ist auf jeden Fall das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal in allen Bereichen. Top! Bei uns war vor allem alles angenehm ruhig mit 20min zu Fuss Distanz zur Partymeile. Einzig unschön empfanden wir vor allem Nachts laute Abwasserleitungen in unserem Zimmer. Man hat gefühlt jedes Mal den Abschluss der Badezimmer Aktivitäten der Nachbarn gehört

Das Hotel liegt schön direkt an der Promenade abseits des Ballermanns. Personal nur teils freundlich. Beim Frühstück sind die Tische nicht immer sauber. Wen bei einem Tisch die Tasse nicht gebraucht wurde, liess man sie auf dem Tisch und wechselt sie nicht aus. Sauberkeit vom Zimmer naja wen man nicht genau hinschaut okey. Im Hochsommer wie jetzt viel zu wenig Liegen für alle. Handtücher Kaution 20Euro, wen man es einmal wechseln möchte zahlt man 1 Euro. Safe auch nochmals 26 Euro zusätzlich. Eir beobachteten sogar das die Grosseltern hier im Hotel sind jedoch kamen die Tochter, Schwiegersohn und Enkelin an den Pool und besetzten auch noch 2 Liegen und baden in Pool finden wir nicht korrekt da sie nicht in diesem Hotel sind.

Direkte strandlage und exzellenter Service.
Schönes Hotel mit direkter strandlage. Mir hat der Poolbereich sehr gefallen, vorallem wenn man morgends frühstücken tut. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war im ersten Stock mit einer Sicht zum Pool des anderen Hotels, das hat uns weniger gefallen. Essen HP ist ausreichend und immer schön gefüllt, sehr sauber und abwechslungsreich. Eher weniger beeindruckend war die Handtuchpolitik. Handtuchdepot 20 euro jeden tag dann wenn du ein extra Strandtuch haben möchtest 1 euro bezahlen. Safe im Zimmer muss bezahlt werden, finde ich nicht ok, sollte eine Leistung vom Hotel sein. Sehr positiv war, dass keine Poolliegen reserviert werden durften! Im Nachbarhotel waren alle Liegen schon morgends voll mit Strandtüchern.

Never stayed in this part of the resort before I usually stay in Can pastilla at either the Helios or Las Arenas. I was not disappointed by this hotel it was absolutely superb, we had a sea view which was spectacular, the patio area was as big as my bedroom at home! The food choice for both breakfast & dinner was great. We stayed here 4 nights then moved to the Helios for 3. Cant recommend enough!

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Playa und der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Die Zimmer sind modernisiert und haben einen schönen großen Balkon. Einige Annehmlichkeiten fehlen leider, wie ein Kosmetikspiegel im Bad. Zudem fällt für den Zimmersafe eine Gebühr an. Dafür ist aber ein großer Fahrradkeller mit kostenlosen Abschließmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Das Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam, insbesondere Pepe! Die Essensauswahl könnte etwas größer sein.

Sehr gutes und freundliches Personal. Nähe zum Flughafen sehr praktisch, aber logischerweise hört man dadurch die startenden Flieger im Minutentakt. Der Strand war sehr sauber, schön und nicht überlaufen.

Rolig og fint sted. Passer veldig bra for par, ikke så mange barn eller noe bråk. Alltid ledige solsenger. Nærområdet er også ganske rolig.. fin strand, enkle og rimelige steder å spise lunch på. På kveldene bør man dra inn til palma by, hvis man vil på litt finere restauranter, barer osv. tar bare 10-15 min med taxi, og man kan også ta buss som går rett utenfor hotellet. Frokosten er veldig bra.

Great experience
Had a great time. The staff and service were superb. The hotel location was ideal as in a quiet area yet minutes away from the crowds. The room was clean, and spacious, and had a wonderful balcony overlooking the sandy bay and sea.

Fantastisk semesterupplevelse
Riktigt prisvärt hotell. Sviten som vi bodde i var väldigt fräsch och bekväm. Dock hade rum 510 obefintlig wifi-täckning. Fräscha lokaler överlag. Middag- och frukostbufférna riktigt bra med trevlig personal. Hotellbaren en av favoritställena då denna erbjöd bra cocktails för ett av playa de palmas bästa priser.
