Week with kids
Service was very friendly. Nice beach nearby, but no services at beach. Pool was nice. Not too many restaurants nearby. Food is british style.. Nothing green or fresh on your plate unless you order salad.. You can book activities and there is activities at hotel too. Music played at poolside every eavning at least to 22:30.

Siisti hotelli ja mukava henkilökunta
Matkustimme huhtikuun lopussa, ja Alcudia valikoitui kohteeksi, koska sitä kehuttiin hiljaiseksi ja rauhalliseksi. Sitä se tosiaan olikin. Hotelli oli hyvä valinta, allasalue oli lämmin tuulisenakin päivänä ja ympäristö rauhaisa. Lähellä ei ollut meluisia ravintoloita eikä yökerhoja, joka tietysti voi olla joillekin myös miinusta. Parvekkeemme oli järvinäköalalla, joka tarkoitti sitä, että se oli tielle päin. Ilta-aurinko kuitenkin paistoi sille mukavasti, joten nautimme silti parvekkeella istumisesta ja tien ja järven takana näkyvistä hienoista vuorista. Henkilökunta oli loistavaa, todella ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Emme käyttäneet hotellin muita palveluja kuin allasaluetta ja sen baaria, kaikki toimi siellä oikein hyvin.

Fantastic property in a quieter part of town. However only 10 minutes taxi to the old town & port. Plenty of local restaurants that are great quality whilst being good value.

Uns hat diese Unterkunft sehr gefallen, es war sauber, unser Zimmer riesengroß, die Betten sehr gut und alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Das Essen war hervorragend und die Auswahl an der Poolbar, wenn man die Kinder was kleines zum Essen brauchte, auch gut und nicht zu teuer. Die Qualität vom Essen fand ich generell sehr gut, war alles lecker und die Auswahl abwechslungsreich. Die Außenanlagen sind auch sehr schon, sauber und gepflegt, sind genügend Liegen vorhanden. An der Seite gibt es Spiele, wie Tischtennis, Billard die man kostenfrei nutzen kann. Der Wellnessbereich ist auch okay, vormittags war etwas voll, was wahrscheinlich die Jahreszeit geschuldet war. Wir fanden es toll, dass der Strand nur paar Schritte entfernt ist. Wir haben uns in Yvory Playa sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Quite a good base and very good accomodation with all the ameneties. Lots of restaurants with in 10-15 min walking, bike shop in front of hotel, lovely beach in 1-2 min walk behind the hotel and overall the self catering accomodation with very good room sizes.

El trato fue muy bien, tanto en la recepción del hotel como en el spa. Las habitaciones eran normales y correctas, pero se oían perfectamente las voces de las personas en el pasillo. Una cosa que no me gustó nada es que no te aparece en la web el horario del spa y, a la llegada, solo pudimos estar una hora. Muy mal.

Estimada Begoña,Gracias por visitar nuestro hotel, tomarse el tiempo para comentar su estancia y valorarnos con esta nota excelente de 10. Quiero comentarle que el horario del SPA es de 11:00 a 19:00 horas todos los días de la semana y que además hay unos horarios especiales para niños de entre 3 y 16 años siempre acompañados de adultos que son de 11:00 a 12:00 y de 16:00 a 17:00, con el fin de que todos nuestros clientes puedan disfrutar de la zona de aguas. El día de su visita de 1 noche fue en fin de semana y el hotel estaba completo, añadiendo el mal tiempo que hizo la mayoría de nuestros clientes quisieron hacer uso del SPA. Esperamos volver a verlos en nuestro hotel en su próxima visita a Alcudia.Saludos cordiales.

My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We had consistent issues with the smell in our room, which I would describe as sewer-like. It was impossible to ignore, and it made the entire stay unbearable. It seemed to get much worse when the AC was on. Considering we were staying during a heat wave with mid-90F heat, it was either have the windows/doors open and have an extremely hot room or run the A/C and try to ignore a sewer smell. Either way, it wasn't a room that anyone would want to be in. I think I talked to 5 different hotel workers about it and the manager. All agreed that it was an issue and they promised they would fix it every day when we were out and every day we would come back to the same issue. The smell always came back when the A/C was on for any length of time. We asked to switch rooms (always no, we couldn't) or asked them to either refund us the nights so we could stay elsewhere or have them book us elsewhere so we didn't have to stay in the stink. The answer was always no even though this seemed reasonable with such a big room issue. It wasn't until the 5th night that they could move us (the last night we were there). That room was fine but the sheer lack of care until night 5 was appalling. I would never stay here again as if you have an issue with a room, you will be out of luck. I wouldn't recommend anyone endure such an unpleasant stay and risk ruining your vacation here.

Das Hotel hat ein hervorragendes Preis- und Leistungsverhältnis. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das tolle Essen, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter als auch die Nähe zum wunderschönen Strand. Auch der beheizte Pool draußen ist im April eine Besonderheit, die wir sehr schätzen und jeden Urlaubstag genossen haben.

The hotel is from 80s which you easily can tell. The room and the common areas doesn't look as good as in the pictures. This applies particularly to the corridors, the gym and the outdoor area. The location is close to the busstop and the beach which is nice, however its quite far to Alcudia/Port the Alcudia and good grocery stores. The bike storage is not in the hotel building, but just a few meters away and very good!

Lovely hotel. Couldn’t fault the atmosphere or staff. Location is poor. Restaurants around the hotel aren’t the best and the taxi situation is a joke. Nightmare going anyway decent at night. Ages waiting for a taxi to go or come home. Forget about the buses. Most are too full and won’t even stop. When you do eventually get on one the drivers are virtually all escaped lunatics who’ve never driven a bus before or interacted with anyone other than a psychiatric nurse. Mosquito’s are a big problem around here. My legs looks I’ve been shot by a high powered spud gun

Supernettes Personal in allen Bereichen! Essen ist sehr gut und es ist ein schönes Hotel für Familien, ruhig und ein sehr natürlicher Strand gleich vor dem Haus. Zimmer mit Meerblick ist allerdings empfehlenswert.

Le restaurant (et petit déjeuné) en buffet est très bon avec un grand choix ! Le bâtiment est très beau, les chambres un peu moins. Je recommande le rapport qualité/prix.

Nice location, great to have spa facilities
My family and I stayed here the last week in October. It was clearly quieter at the hotel (and the resort - some restaurants were already closing), but we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is nice - great to have inclusive Spa facilities. It's very close to a beach - a few restaurants 10-15 minutes walk in either direction (towards Muro or the Port), though not much "right on the doorstep". It would be a long walk to Port d'Alcudia itself - we had a car, but you would probably want a taxi or bus if going out to eat every evening. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on the food, but everything else was clean and efficient. Pool area was quiet - no need to "reserve" a lounger - though as it was later in the year the trees cast a lot of shade. Only downside was our room was right by the lifts - and the noise was awful (sounded like metal was banging against metal) - however they didn't seem to get used through the night so didn't really disturb us so I didn't seek a room change. The vantage from the room, in the corner overlooking the pool and stage, was nice - we could enjoy the entertainment on the comfort of our balcony. We would return to the hotel - for the price it has a lot going for it - and at the risk of repeating myself, having on-site Spa facilities was great to enable a relaxing holiday and a welcome break from the four walls at home!

Hyvää: Siisteys, palvelut/mukavuudet ja majoituspaikan kunto ja tilat
Sehr herzliches Personal. Sehr kinderfreundlich und abwechslungsreiches Programm. Für Halloween hat sich das Personal sehr ins Zeug gelegt, Dekoration und Shows waren super, für Gross und Klein. Besonders toll war die Führung durchs "Geisterhotel". Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Wir hatten Halbpension.
