Wiederholungstäter
Wir haben zum wiederholten Mal bei dieser Vermieterin gebucht und zum 2. Mal diese Finca/Villa Mastaguera. Wie auch die vorherigen Male waren alle 3 Generationen (wir, Kinder und Enkel) ausgesprochen zufrieden. Das Haus und die ganze Anlage sind in einem guten Zustand und der Ausblick auf Polenca und in Richtung Port de Alcudia ist herrlich. Die Enkel haben die meiste Zeit im Pool und im Whirlpool verbracht 😎. Vom Flughafen ist es in weniger als einer 3/4 Stunde zu erreichen und leicht zu finden. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wunderschöne Finca
Wir waren mit 9 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern für 2 Wochen in der Finca. Es war alles da, was man braucht, manches könnte allerdings durchaus mal gegen was neueres getauscht werden. Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt, so auch das umgehend bereitgestellte Ersatzteil. Cati hat dann eine komplett neue gebracht. Die Klimaanlage in einem Zimmer hat leider auch nicht richtig funktioniert und musste zwei mal repariert werden, was aber auch immer schnell passierte. Eine Toilettenspülung lief die ganze Zeit durch, was in der ersten Nacht etwas unschön war, dann aber gefixt werden konnte. Die Ameisen sind allgegenwärtig, allerdings nur außen und eigentlich stören sie nicht. Wir haben keine Fallen aufgestellt. Sehr störend waren aber die Wespen, die in den letzten drei Tagen aufgetaucht sind und jedes Essen ziemlich erschwert haben. Ein Nest konnte von Cati nicht gefunden werden, stattdessen bekamen wir einen Insektenvernichter, den wir selbstverständlich nicht gegen die Tiere eingesetzt haben. Die Finca an sich und die Lage mit phänomenalem Ausblick ist fantastisch und wir würden sie auch weiterempfehlen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Cati (englisch) und deren prompte Reaktion war sehr gut. Für fünf Sterne waren aber doch zu viele Geräte bzw. Gegenstände defekt. Dennoch haben wir die 2 Wochen sehr genossen. Das Haus wurde nach einer Woche komplett gereinigt und die Handtücher wurden zweimal getauscht. Wichtig ist ein Mietwagen, da man ansonsten auf Taxis angewiesen wäre.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Objekt für 8 Tage. Ein Mietauto ist ein muss, wie für so ziemlich alle fincas die ländlich liegen. Supermärkte und diverse Strände wie Playa de muro in der Nähe (ca 15 min Fahrzeit). An sich fanden wir das Objekt aber leider etwas zu teuer für das, was tatsächlich geboten wird. Denn der Herd/Ofen in der Küche ist ziemlich alt und funktioniert nicht mehr gut. Generell sehr alte Küchengeräte. locker die Hälfte der düsen im whirlpool funktionieren leider nicht mehr. Die liegen am Pool könnten auch endlich mal ausgetauscht werden. Nicht nur weil sie sichtbar alt und teilweise abgenutzt sind, sondern weil sie auch überhaupt nicht schön und hochwertig sind… bei dieser Preisklasse kann man definitiv etwas besseres erwarten. An den genannten punkten sollte dringend nachjustiert werden. Der Garten macht auf den Fotos einen größeren Eindruck als er tatsächlich ist, aber das ist vielleicht auch lediglich mein subjektiver Eindruck. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass jedes Zimmer eine Klimaanlage und ein eigenes Bad hat. alles in allem war es ein schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt, hier hat man seine Ruhe und von jeder Seite eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Bei gutem Wetter sieht man auch das Meer im Hintergrund. Die Kommunikation lief mit Cathi stets reibungslos und Wünsche, wie zb den Whirlpool wärmer einstellen, wurden ohne zu zögern erfüllt.

Sehr schönes Objekt, leider in die Jahre gekommen, die Küche müsste erneuert werden und auch vieles an Mobiliar! Die Sofas sind mit Decken abgedeckt, weil sie so alt und hässlich sind. Bei Ankunft musste das Objekt nachgereinigt werden. Die Außenanlage müsste mehr gepflegt werden. Trotz allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, weil es viele Möglichkeiten für eine große Gruppe/Familie gibt. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer und die gesamte Finca ist sehr weitläufig und liegt in einer fantastischen Umgebung.

Gemeinsam mit ein paar Freunden haben wir sehr erholsame Tage verbracht. Wir haben uns in der Finca sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gern noch geblieben. Bis auf den in einigen Bädern sehr geringen Wasserdruck war alles tip top!

Gorgeous Villa, Fantastic Location
We have had such a fantastic holiday at this villa. It's beautiful. Large property over 2 floors with an interesting layout. Stunning views across ancient olive groves to Pollensa old town in one direction and the resort of Alcudia and the sea beyond in the other. Lovely pool, outside dining area, with BBQ in a shady courtyard. Hosts were great. Only minor issue was a blocked drain in one of the en suites which was sorted the next day. Pictures don't do it justice. Would definitely come again.

Sehr schöne Lage
Die Finca liegt sehr schön etwas erhöht. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Beim Pool gibt es einen Sonnenschirm und weiter hinten auf der Wiese diverse Bäume die Schatten spenden. Der Whirlpool liegt auf der ersten Etage und man hat einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Das Haus innen ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badezimmer sind bis auf eines noch mit Badewanne und Duschvorhang ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Betreuerin der Finca war einwandfrei. Sie hat stets sehr schnell geantwortet und sofort reagiert.

The villa was exactly as advertised. A wonderful setting with great views and privacy. Separate areas for peace if wanted and for those who wanted to be together having fun the pool and Al fresco dining area were perfect. Air conditioning meant cool bedrooms and everyone agreed it was a place we would be happy to experience again. A really lovely Villa for our family party.

Wunderschöne, etwas in die Jahre gekommene Finca
Um das Fazit vorweg zu nehmen - wir haben unsere Zeit in der Finca extrem genossen, die paar negativen Punkte veranlassen mich nicht, einen Stern von der Gesamtbewertung abzuziehen; wenn ich könnte, würde ich 4,5 Sterne geben. Zu den negativen Aspekten: Die Finca ist schon etwas älter. Das merkt man an Ausstattung sowie Einrichtung. Fenster und Türen gehen teilweise schwer, schleifen über den Boden und sind generell sehr laut beim Öffnen und Schließen - mit der Kosequenz, dass es schwer bis unmöglich ist, andere nicht wach zu machen, wenn man als erster sein Zimmer verlässt und in den Tag startet. Aber gut, wenn man zu zehnt in einer Finca wohnt, kann man damit vorher rechnen. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas besser sein, besonders die Schneidemesser "schneiden" teilweise nicht unbedingt optimal. Etwas störend sind die Ameisen, die von Anfang an unsere Mitbewohner waren, aber auch hier waren es so wenige, dass man sich damit arrangieren kann, wenn man nicht überempfindlich ist. Nun zu den positiven Dingen: Das Grundstück und der komplette Außenbereich der Finca ist ein einziger Traum! Der Host, Cati, ist extrem hinterher, dass man einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hat. Vor unserer Anreise ging wohl das Gefrierfach des Kühlschranks kaputt - also bekamen wir einen 2. Kühl-Gefrierschrank auf die Terasse gestellt (zugegeben, nur der eine in der Küche wäre für 10 Personen auch etwas wenig in meinen Augen). Eine der Klimaanlagen in einem der Schlafräume war defekt - einen Tag, nachdem ich Cati Bescheid gab, wurde diese komplett ersetzt durch ein neues Gerät. Cati war einfach über Whatsapp erreichbar (Kommunikation auf Englisch) und antwortete stets zeitnah, teilweise auch noch nach 23 Uhr. An dieser Stelle nochmal vielen Dank für alles! Check-in und -out waren ebenso absolut problemfrei! Also alles in allem eine wirklich tolle Finca, die wir auch nochmal bereisen würden!

8 adults shared this amazing villa and we all had a fantastic holiday. Car hire essential. Taxis are available but sometimes a long wait. Location was perfect for us - close to Pollenca and the port but rural enough to give us amazing 360 degree views. Would definitely book again!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war perfekt für uns 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder. Der Garten ist sehr schön, ausgestattet mit einem großen Pool, den wir leider auf Grund der Temperatur nicht intensiv nutzen konnten. Einzig die Betten könnten ein Upgrade vertragen. Würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Wunderbare Finca in fantastischer Lage
Diese Finca liegt auf einem Hügel südöstlich von Polenca und bietet eine spektakuläre Aussicht in der einen Richtung auf Polenca und in der anderen auf die Bucht von Alcudia. Port de Polenca ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen auf dem Weg. Ausstattung und Aufteilung entsprechen der Beschreibung. Es ist reichlich Geschirr usw. vorhanden, sodass nicht unbedingt nach jeder Mahlzeit die Spülmaschine laufen musste. Wir hatten die Finca für eine "3-Generationen-Woche" gemietet, 8 Personen mit einer Alterspanne von 7-73 Jahren. Die Aufteilung im Haus und um den großen Pool im schön angelegten Garten bietet reichlich Rückzugsmöglichkeiten (falls gewünscht). Vor Allem die Enkel waren begeistert von dem Whirpool, den sie häufig nach ausgiebigem Toben im Pool nutzten. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung (Cati) war unkompliziert direkt per Telefon oder Whatsapp. Auf Fragen und Anliegen unsererseits erhielten wir immer sehr schnell und entgegenkommend Lösungen und Antworten (Danke dafür Cati). Wir können diese Finca ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen und wir werden sie auch sicher wieder buchen

Wonderful location
Great location just a few mins drive from Pollensa old town. The views from the property are stunning, there is plenty of room for a large family to have peace and quiet without being on top of each other. The building is very well laid out, with 2x bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a bathroom. This made access for some less able party members easy. The other 3x bedrooms are upstairs. Again, all have a bathroom. The pool is lovely. It is reasonably deep even at the shallow end, the deep end is just over 2m. There is an outdoor shower near the pool which is handy. We had a few issues which were very quickly sorted out by Cati. Wifi is a bit hit & miss - I think this is due to the signal coming in via a satellite dish on the roof. Cooker blew a fuse when we had all 4x rings on full with the fan oven on at the same time. Hot tub sprung a leak before we had chance to use it and we had a wasp nest appear. All of these were responded too & actioned by Cati very quickly. Would I go back there for another holiday? Absolutely!

We were very happy staying at the property. Lovely position, beautiful views, great outside spaces. Adequate in terms of facilities in the house- comfortable beds. Negatives- disappointed that the table tennis table was unusable , everything inside a little tired, and some of the kitchen utensils should be replaced. However, we would recommend it for a large family.

Die Finca ist sehr schön angelegt und aufgeteilt. Der Pool ist herrlich, das Grundstück ausgesprochen schön. Ein Urlaub mit mehreren Leuten klappt hier wirklich gut, weil ausreichend Platz ist und es Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gibt, aber eben auch viel Platz für gemeinsame Aktivitäten. Wenn es noch einige scharfe Messer gäbe, dann wäre das Kochen in der großen Küche und/oder am tollen Außengrill ein noch größeres Vergnügen. Wir kommen gerne wieder auf die Finca Mastaguera!

Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, Insbesondere der grosse Pool war super für die Kinder. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr sauber, geräumig und mit eigenem Bad ausgestattet. Schade dass der Grill im Innenhof ist und nicht auf dem Aussenhof. Wir würden das Objekt jederzeit wieder Empfehlen.

The property was a lovely stone villa in a perfect location to explore the north of the Island. Pollensa is an easy drive away and the views from the villa are stunning. The villa has everything you need. The bathrooms are a little tired and the decor is fairly old fashioned but we were barely inside. The kitchen is quite small but adequate and situated conveniently close to the terrace area for serving food etc. A brilliant find!

Our 9 person visit to Mastaguera
We loved the building and the location. The pool was perfect for the children - large, clean and safe. Only issues were - getting hot water to the kitchen, and the bedroom above, were close to impossible - pressure was low and it took 10 mins or more to get a hot shower. The kitchen, whilst OK was not ideal for our nine person party. There was no real space to store food for a party our size. The fridge is big but needs to be bigger. We struggled to get it could enough too. The oven was OK but was not clean and so smoked and smelled when we used it. Also the timer was broken, not needed by us but maybe by someone. This was known to the owner so why was it not fixed? A couple of minor things were that there were not enough tea towels given the amount of washing up 9 people can generate and we could only find 3 egg cups - not a big deal, but why not enough for the maximum party size advertised?

Very well located property with amazing views
Charming rustic countryside villa with a pretty established blooming garden very conveniently located and close to Pollensa village offering beautiful views of the distant Bay of Alcúdia and the mountains around. Great pool and very private quiet and comfortable outdoor seating dining and sitting areas. The inside, despite nice updated bathrooms, really need some bright and airy redecoration and a much better equipped kitchen if one wants to cook at home. If this villa had better regular maintenance and cleaner brighter new furniture, it would be the ideal place to stay in between Alcúdia and Pollensa. The inside flow of the house is perfect for people of all ages with comfortable but smaller bedrooms on the first floor with en suite bathrooms for guests who prefer not to walk up staircases and 3 large guest bedrooms on the second floor, all with very nice en suite bathrooms. The host and owners were very pleasant and responsive when problems arose during our month stay. We would really hope to return if the villa gets new furniture and consistent good maintenance. We had a wonderful time.

Amazingly beautiful and everything nearby
In a few words: Everything you need nearby! If you have the absurd idea to leave this wonderful place you can go shopping, hiking, swimming, visit an old town and so on in a few minutes! It just feels like a holiday within a few minutes. This is also due to the wonderful host, who answers all your questions in a few minutes (thanks Cati!)!

Skønt hus med dejlige udenomsarealer
Virkeligt pænt og dejligt hus med 5 fine værelser med eget badeværelser. Rigtig skønt udeareal med lækker pool og små hyggekroge. Rigtig velegnet til flere familier/flere generationer. Tæt på Pollenca som er en rigtig hyggelig by med små gader, torve og fin stemning.

Wir waren zwei Wochen in der Finca und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus und der Pool ist groß und es gibt genug Sitzgelegenheiten um auch mal in kleiner Gruppe zu sitzen. Es wurde einmal sauber gemacht und es wurden zweimal die Handtücher gewechselt, ein super Service. Gleichzeitig gibt es aber auch eine Waschmaschine und auch in der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. In der Umgebung gibt es die schönen Altstädte Pollença und Alcudia und schöne Buchten. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es per Auto in der Nähe. Wir würden die finca immer weiterempfehlen. Beautiful villa, location and excellent host
The villa is a renovated old building but had been modernised and is very clean. The location is out in the countryside and difficult to find on first visit but all the local taxis know of the villa and it is easy getting in / out of Pollensa or the Port. The villa is well equipped and in a stunning location in the hillside, with views to Alcudia. We stayed as a group of 10 and it is exactly what the villa is made for, lots of areas to relax, ample space and good cooking facilities (with BBQ). It is very peaceful. There is a local vineyard about 500m away that does wine tastings and definitely worth a visit. There is also somebody available for any support whilst in the villa. Can’t recommend this place enough.

A wonderful little Gem tucked away in the mountains, breath taking views, very peaceful
when we arrived we were all very tired after the travelling but the views were so stunning we had to take a step back to absorb the villa and surroundings, I would definitely re-book in the future, Cati a lady who met us at the villa was so welcoming and helpful, there are 2 towns near by with lovely beaches, shops, bars and restaurants, there is plenty to do on the Island, much more we didn't get to explore, thank you HomeAway

Great house for a group holiday.
We were a group of 8 friends that spent a week in this stunning property. Everything was perfect and as portrayed in the pictures. The welcome by Cati was very friendly and uncomplicated. We enjoyed every minute and will definitely rent this property again when we return to Majorca!

Great location great outside area inside the house not so good
Great location, great outdoor area but inside the property was dull, fusty and the smell from the drains was not good. The interior requires to be upgraded and the air conditioning in most rooms was very poor. The ceilings had insects sticking to them where previous tenants have squatted them. The beds were very poor quality to all singles and need replacing. If the inside was bright, airy the drains and air con fixed and the beds upgraded then this would have been a 4/5 star review. As I said the outside area was superb and the views were stunning
