”Overall the property was in a great location.Flat was everything that you needed. Pity however that it was missing just a few little touches. A small bottle of milk would not have gone amiss. No salt and pepper. The TV remote control needs to be replaced. Control buttons not working . Could not get any BBC channels on free view . All small problems . The entry instructions were great and very clear. ”

”Property has been decorated to a very high standard. Car park easy to find and access. Very central location. Easy access despite no front desk, just a code emailed to access the car park and room. Higher numbered rooms are quite a walk up a lot of stairs though. Would pay a bit more for a lower floor next time. Called to ask if we could leave the car on the Carpark a little later than midday, and they were happy to help as the rooms weren’t at full occupancy the next night. ”

”This was a charming place in the heart of the city. Yes it is loud at nights so if you're bothered by noise this place is not for you. This place also does not have an elevator, so if you have heavy suitcases and have problems carrying them up flights of stairs, again this place is not for you. We found the place, spacious and the location idea. There's plenty of great restaurants nearby and all the highlight places to visit are just minutes away by foot. ”Roy was the manager on duty when we checked in and out. He helped carry one of our suitcases to our suite! He was awesome and helped out with some local areas to dine and visit. The suite was excellent, slippers and a robe waited our arrival, along with coffee, hot chocolate, tea and milk. Was very clean and a comfortable kind size bed. We loved it.”

”Location was different to what's on the map (it's right next door to the New County Hotel). The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded...

”I cannot recommend highly enough. Simon was on call 24/7 and the information pack was so informative. The only time I had to contact Simon was to ask for an additional 3 nights stay (that says a lot about my enjoyment there), and to check where the recycling bins were which was my stupidity.”

”Accommodation is located centrally and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen is a lovely space to come together with family. Add £13 per day for parking as the place has not its own parking. The place is clean but I gave it a 3 for cleaning because there were empty food boxes behind the desk in the main bedroom. Towels were clean but old . Communication was great and we will definitely go back again but will ask them to pay a little more...
