”The staff here were all really friendly, especially the lady managing the breakfast on our stay! She did an exceptional job of making us feel welcome. Rooms were clean and good sized. Pool was nice, but hot tub was too small!”

”The staff had zero clue about anything. They struggled checking us in. We had asked about staying the next night as well. seemed like we were booked for that when we left the desk. The next morning the house keeper was banging on our door at a little Ayer 8 am. We told her we were supposed to be booked for another night. Then the front desk called shortly after and asked if we would come down to the desk. Apparently we were not fast enough for them as the front desk came to our room. God forbid...

”The rooms were fine size. They were reasonably clean. There was need of repair on the floor in front of the main floor elevator. Saw several people trip on the tiles. The room we stayed in was noisy and there was light around the door. The breakfast is not complimentary like other hotels. They expect you to sit down to a full priced meal in their building. Their staff was friendly and reasonably prompt.”

”We booked so we could use the slide in the pool it is not working and the floor in the kiddie pool looked a bit iffy. The maid didn’t replenish the coffee in the room I had to go down and get some and we had to keep rekeying our keys every day in a three day stay. Nice hotel, breakfast was great but some of the maintenance is lacking.”

”We appreciated that you park in a garage that was under the hotel, as it was raining when we arrived, so no carrying in our luggage in the rain. The guy at the front desk was helpful and directed us to a good restaurant for dinner. It was also close to the interpretive center we went to in the morning. It was clean and very affordable.”

”This hotel was worse than the photos. It had a musty/dirty smell. As I walked to my room a very large dog was in another room and barked aggressively every time you walked past. The people in the room across the hallway sounded as if they were having a domestic dispute. The yelling and screaming could be heard from my room. When I walked into the room it appeared to be clean but the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I ever sat on. I immediately left and found another hotel that was more...

”Security lack was the main issue. TV didn't work. Sink clogged, toilet clogged. Bathtub clogged.”

”Our new favorite hotel in Great Falls, MT...actually, in the world! It's got such authentic retro charm. Our room was newly renovated, but in 1950's style, including a vinyl record player! The hotel is old, and looks its age in some ways, but what a delight! To crown it off, the Sip n Dip cocktail bar (with real swimming mermaids) ranks right up there as one of the greatest bars on the planet.”

”The price of the property was good as well as the location, but the cleanliness know I found a hair on what was supposed to be a clean towel… The door was very difficult to enter every time and there was no icemaker on any floors. The guest was responsible for filling the ice cube trays which were not filled upon coming into the room. I would not recommend this hotel.”
