”Heat didn’t work, thermostat broken, desk clerk suggested she could bring more blankets (not acceptable fix). Shower head corroded, cream colored stain on carpet between beds, bathroom fixtures just given a once over wipe, not cleaned. Would not recommend.”

”Staff was helpful and restaurant was great. Room (a deluxe suite) was disappointing - very dark with no real windows, and no amenities typical of a suite (tiny fridge, no dishes m, silverware or glassware). ”
